Fairways popped up on OpenTable and we gave it a try based solely on proximity and the fact it had 'Pub' in the title, thinking we were going to a sports bar/wing joint type-place...Didn't realize it's the clubhouse bar of the Ritz Carlton Golf Course--VERY hard to find, and signage leading there was not good at all. We were just looking for a couple of burgers--and while it was a little more fancy than we'd planned, it was a fairly good experience. Service was good, pricey ($18 for a burger, $15 for a sandwich), and it was an elegant setting...Not sure if we'd go back or not. There are better burgers in town for a lot less money.

There was no greeting, no atmosphere/music and the waitress was aloof. The barman was very nice and even gave us our cutlery. The waitress took our order (1 sampler platter) and it took 30+ minutes. There was only 3 other customers so it was not busy. Nobody came over to say sorry it is taking so long, and when it arrived the chicken was too hard/rubbery to eat, and the crab cake was cold. Very unimpressed. Coincidentally, i had let them know in advance that i was considering this venue for a large party in the future.....
