  • "The highlight of our visit to this celebrity chef's restaurant was the excellent wait staff. From the New York City-level-of-beauty hostess (which garnered me more than one kick under the table from the wife) to the uber-professional waitress, waiters and bussers we will definitely be back for their service. As for the food it was fine; fresh, but lacking any wow factor. Additionally, while the drink menu had a plethora of hipster concoctions from certain TV shows based on the 60's Ad Age peak the bar did not have the ingredients for my classic cocktail order of a drink from the early twentieth century. The Friday night noise level was too loud to talk to my tablemate in a normal tone, but we were both OK with that - the vibe was fun."

  • "I booked on line but the time was only at 5:30 or 8:30. I booked at 5:30 but chose to sit outdoors since the evening was pleasant. The waiter told us he was too short to change the angle of the umbrella and would send someone over. The cocktails came and were consumed but no one came to change the umbrella (the sun was shining in our eyes so we wore sunglasses). A little later, a tall waiter came to the patio to change the angle of the umbrella for a different table. We asked him to change ours, too. Evidently our waiter had not bothered with the umbrella or our discomfort. I know this is a very small problem but important to us. The food and beverages were excellent."

  • "Went with friends to celebrate our Anniversary. Do not recommend this place for a quiet romantic evening. Fahrenheit is a must go to enjoy with a group or girls night out. Food is fantastic! The Ahi Tuna & Lobster Mac is a winner. This is def. one of my favorite places to eat in Tremount, cannot wait to go back!"

  • "The food and presentation of food was outstanding. Service from out waitress, Anna was very good but the time between salads, entrees and deserts was longer that I expected. In spite of thr timing issue, the total experience was a complete success. I will return and recommend Fahrenheit to all my friends."

  • "We had a great dinner - EXCELLENT service with Marleina. Liked the salad special (didn't love it - as it was more fruity than veggie - just not my taste). I had Hawaiian Opa - it was excellent. My husband had the seared tuna - loved it. Food presented well - did I say service was excellent? Had the Pot de Crème for dessert - YUM!! Sorry it's not closer to our house!"

  • "Very nice service. Calamari was as advertised, with chef had gone with fresh grilled octopus instead. Alaskan halibut was fresh but you need a little salt/pepper before searing, why take an expensive fish that tastes terrific simply prepared and goop it up with soy sauce drenched vegetables? ? Berry tart was good but freeze ice cream better so it doesn't arrive melted. Need friendlier hostess, arrived with restaurant 15% full and she wanted to sit me at their worst 2 top next to front door; she seemed insulted that I would ask for something else."

  • "On our way to the CSN concert, we enjoyed an incredible dinner. The toughest part of the evening was the entrée selection as EVERYTHING on the menu, as well as the specials of the day, were superb. The pork belly appetizer, the kale Caesar salad, and the melon salads were awesome. Once you have Rocco's Kobe beef shortribs, you will know what heaven is, and shortribs anywhere else will taste like SPAM. The pork tenderloin was also sensational, and we topped dinner off with banana marscopone cheesecake. Fahrenheit is the best and so is Rocco Whelan!"

  • "This restaurant always has good food, and our recent visit was no exception. However, we were seated in a low-light area very close to other noisy tables, making it difficult to hear sometimes, even though the restaurant was only half full at the time. Our main complaint was the service. The waitress, forcing a smile at times, seemed like she would have rather been someplace else. Then another waitress, trying to help out I guess, gave us the dessert menus before we were even served our entrees."

  • "This is another gem in the Cleveland restaurant scene. The food we order was delicious. The food server gave excellent descriptions about the food on the menu & that night's specials. She was also friendly. The service was very timely; no long waits nor having our next course arrive before we were ready for it. It's in the great neighborhood of Tremont where one can stroll the streets before & after dinner going into the various shops & art galleries."

  • "Four of us went to celebrate my husband's and my 50th wedding anniversary, our friends' 37th anniversary, and my birthday. We were not disappointed in any way. All of our food was really great, and beautifully presented. I had the seared scallops special and it was to die for! The scallops were perfectly prepared and the Spanish accented sauce was a delightful and unusual accompaniment. I also had the dates appetizer and they were fantastic! In fact, I demanded that one of our friends, who was extremely reluctant to try dates, to taste one and to his amazement he LOVED it! Still talking about it last night. The men both had filets, which they agreed were terrific, and my friend had the pork tenderloin which she loved!"

  • "This was our first time there. Our server tiffany was amazing. Probably the best we have had in years. Every recommendation was with thought and was spot on. The dates and bacon were the best part of our meals besides the drinks. The ambiance was as advertised. There were way too many flies AND fruit flies (disgusting) zooming around our heads at dinner. My initial silverware had to be replaced with clean silverware. I've had better dinners where we didn't spend half of the 170.00 we spent Friday night. I don't think I can ever return there knowing the prices. If we came back it would be for apps/ drinks and maybe the mini apple pie desert."

  • "My experience at Farenheit was far from great. It was disappointing that they would not let you substitute items. One special was served with asparagus as a side. I, along with my fellow diners did not order this particular special but we asked if we could have asparagus with our meals. We were told they do not substitute and therefore we could not have asparagus. Other sides were recommended but it was still disappointing. The food was good but not great. My filet was definitely over cooked. I feel I will return to give a second try. However, it is at this point not one of my favorites. For accommodating purposes and an outstanding dining experience I will stick with my absolute favorite restaurant in Tremont only a few doors down."

  • "Although you can always count on the food being amazing, this time the service left a little to be desired. The restaurant wasn't overly busy and they new we were bringing a party of 12. We requested a special desert plate with some writing on it, and that didn't happen. Also, we waited over 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks! Our appetizers actually arrived first! Bummer..."

  • "Overcrowded restaurant and bar. Twice told table was ready only to be disappointed. While inside bar wife was ran into by sprinting valet. Drink spilled on dress. No apologies. Tremendously long wait between appetizers and main course. Asked for bread and was told that they were out. Our bad, we should have asked earlier. Will gladly spend over $100 elsewhere next trip to Tremont. Entire time from reservation to paying for check took 2:45."

  • "I guess as a senior of 68 the noise level was too high. Also we had a 6:30 reservation and I felt like the busboys were trying to get us out they kept taking silver and glasses off the table before we were done.The food as always was excellent I think I will go during the week next time"

  • "This was our first time at Fahrenheit. The food was excellet, service was very good and the room was lovely. Unfortunatly, energetic does not describe the noise level. At 6:00 on Saturdeay, two of us were seated at a row of tables between two couples on either side of us. It was impossible to have a conversation. We asked about being reseated but the server told it as just as lould any where in the room."

I had the salmon and thoroughly enjoyed it and the final member in our party had the pasta/chicken and was not disappointed. This was my third visit and have always had terrific meals. The more I have visited Tremont restaurants for dinner, this one surfaces as my favorite."

  • "We celebrated the 28th birthday of my son there and there was no issue with the two celebration balloons we brought with us. Making a reservation with Open Table was easy and Fahrenheit paid attention to our special requests submitted with the reservation, providing a special dessert with a candle. Everyone in our area of the restaurant joined in when we sang happy birthday. Oh, don't forget that Monday is "Wine Night", with wines under $100 half off. Overall we had a very enjoyable time."

Kudos to her. Stuffed dates and short ribs were top notch! The only problem is the noise. It's so noisy in there. Sound floods the rooms, and you can barely converse with people right next to you without a struggle to hear and to talk over the crowd."
