"Fabiolus has a varied menu with many good options. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable. At our table, the salmon was considered noteworthy and the other entrees very good. Very good and convenient for pre-Pantages dinner. The staff was welcoming and very friendly."

"The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable but the food was not that great. The calamari was too rubbery to chew and not tasty. My fettuccine pesto didn't taste like basil at all--more like old basil or old spinach. I ate just a little. My husband's pork loin wasn't that great either. He said it tasted old. He didn't want to finish his meal either."

"This is our new favorite restaurant in Hollywood/LA. We will definitely return when we are in town. I hate to give such an outstanding review, because we would hate to see the popularity ruin this Gem; however, I also want to be honest and give the review this restaurant deserves. Not only was the food outstanding, the service exceeded our expectations. Mil gracie."

"The food was fine but the waiter was obnoxious. He couldn't give a straight answer without trying to crack a smart___ joke and was eavesdropping on our conversation to the point where he answered a question I was posing to my clients. Poor plac for a business lunch with that type of service."

"Unfourtunately we got there with only 15 min to eat before we had to dash off to get to the theatre for our show (way too much trafric). The staff was super accomodating! We just had time to sample some bread and pasta before we had to run (we did make the show) and everything we had very very good! Wish it were a little closer to the theater as walking back to the car at 11pm was a little concerning, but overall it was a very good experiance!"

"My wife and I came to Fabiolus for dinner before going to the Pantages Theater. The staff was very aware that we were going to the theater after dinner. They were quick and attentive. We didn't feel rushed either. The gnocchi was very good. My only issue with that night was with the valet company that serves the restaurant. On their sign, they advertised $7 flat rate for valet parking. When we were charged $10, we reminded them of the price on their sign. He responded by telling us that it was because we were going to the theater as well. No matter how much we debated, they would NOT honor their advertised price. We were in a hurry, so we paid it. The price is not the issue. It's the dishonesty and lack of integrity. Bad business."
