We have been to F&B 5 or 6 times - we live nearby - and have enjoyed each visit. The food and service are reliably good, and it's a nice room (better if seated in bar area). This time, we took out of town friends for a pre-concert light meal and drink. We ordered appetizers - charcuterie platter, artisan cheese plate, garlic fries and brussels sprouts. All very good, but I wish the charcuterie platter was less pate and more cured meats. The only downside to F&B is a very short menu that never changes much. Wine list is also short but with some nice selections.

I was disappointed in our dining experience at F&B. The food was just good...not great. The service however, was great! Unfortunately, the service couldn't quite make up for what the food was lacking. Ww started with the mussels and they were quite fishy. Not usually a good sign. My husband had the steak frites and I had the Chilean Sea Bass...both were much better than the appetizer, but not knock your socks off.

This was a last minute decision to go here. What a pleasant surprise. The place reminded me of a Parisian bistro, and the food offerings were enjoyably creative. Not your run of the mill boring American menu. We'll surely make this one of our favorite date night places.

We invited friends for lunch who had never been here before and they enjoyed it very much. 2 of us had burgers,(really delicious); one of us had the quiche of the day which was outstanding...it came w/a lovely small green salad; one of us had a salad with grilled fish...also delicious. If your meal does not come with fries, order them as a side as they are exceptionally good.

The food was trendy and unique but lacked taste and was over cooked. The red fish was supposed to be pan seared but it was fried until it was hard as a rock. The summer vegetables were also over cooked and not very good at all. I would not go back.

The waitress recommended the skate stating it was a specialty of the restaurant. Skate does not have much flavor by itself so chefs usually enhance the flavor by adding butter or cream and the menu described the enhancement as lemon caper butter sauce with spinach whipped potatoes. This dish did not have any flavor - no butter, no caper, no lemon and no taste from the spinach or potatoes. As an appetizer I had the escargot - disappointing. I ordered a side order of asparagus which tasted like it had been wiped with liquid smoke but was otherwise good. My wife ordered the orange almond tuile for dessert. It was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Came for Bastille Day & the staff had gone all out I was very impressed! The whole restaurant was decorated with red, white & blue balloons & they even brought in an accordion player to serenade guests I loved it! The hostess was very sweet & accommodating. We started with cocktails which were delicious. Randy & Amanda are a wonderful bartending team. Excellent attentive service the whole night. The food was soooooooo good. I'm going to have cravings for those garlic fries for the rest of my life!!! Highly recommend trying them as part of the steak frites. Can't wait to go back to F&B to try out one of the window tables overlooking Peachtree for date night. Great restaurant with great staff. Definitely a new buckhead favorite

Have dined here a few times and found it great. Few nights ago they were not at the top of their game. Gave us 2 lunch and 2 dinner menus. One glass of wine was BAD- Manager only had to smell it to know it was bad. Lame comment that screw tops don't last as long- it's F&B responsibility to serve good wine and they should test their wines before they start serving for the night. Disappointing start- the food was excellent. Server was well meaning, not crisp.

Every dish here is a step up from the standard Parisian Bistro. Service is spot on, menu is innovated plus loaded with old standbys, and potions are large. We enjoyed the coq au vin and the skate wing mains after sharing delicious mussels. Paired with our server's suggested wines by the glass, our meal could not have been more enjoyable.

Good wine list with some very fair prices. Not too noisy. Overall: You can find a better value for $100 per person (two and a half courses and two drinks).

Enjoyed dinner here with my wife and friends on a Saturday night. It lived up to its reputation as a fine French Restaurant. I really enjoyed the Coq Au Vin and my wife had the duck which she loved. The cheese plate and soups were wonderful as appetizers and the vegetables were outstanding. Wine was very good. Our waiter was fine - no real French food or wine expert but was attentive and fairly knowledgeable. I recommend F&B and suggest you give it a try. We will return.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but was sorely disappointed. The food was average, at best – on par with Applebee's or Buffalo Wild Wings; not Buckhead Restaurant Week level. While the employees were friendly, service was worst I've experienced in years. Server took our order, and never came back for drink order; then he forgot about us until two courses later. He refilled our water glasses after they'd been empty for 5 min, and brought dessert coffee 15 minutes after we ordered it, LONG after we'd finished dessert. I took advantage of the BRW menu, but there's no way I would pay $50+ for the meal I had. Drink menu looked great & creative, but we never had the opportunity to order.

I have been a fan since their Brasserie Le Coze days at Lenox Square. I adored FAB downtown, but it was a long way to venture for dinner, so I was thrilled to hear that they are back in Buckhead where they belong. The Skate Wing is as perfect as I remember from back in the 70's. I so love that they haven't messed with that classic recipe. Their food is so fresh and delicately flavorful they don't have to resort to covering up poor quality with heavy pepper and onions, as too many French restos do. The decor is wonderful, and the big wooden beams help with the acoustics, but the music is too loud, which forces people to shout, which increases the decibel level exponentially. There is a huge window to all the action in the kitchen.
