Eurasia Cafe & Wine Bar - CharlestonExcellent food and service.FabulousThis is a gem of a find in a shopping center four doors down from a Whole Foods. I wasn't expecting the meal to be as great as it was. It was outstanding. We ordered mussels as an appetizer. They were the best I have had. I love the ones at 39 Rue de Jean and these beat them. That is a big plus in my book. The salad was fantastic. The gnocchi was excellent as was the salmon. The service was high quality. Everything exceeded our expectations which is what you want in an establishment. The atmosphere is top notch also. Very nice.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMJerseyGirl3Thought the food was very good and loved the music.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMLamb specialThe lamb loin appetizer special with mustard glaze, fried gnocchi, scallions, and mushrooms may have been the one best dish I have ever eaten!!!5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMOur group was pleasantly surprisedOur group was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was an upscale dining experience in a shopping center. The food and service were on par with any fine dining establishment in downtown Charleston witout all the crazy parking and traffic issues you might have. We would definately come back.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat dining experienceWe were pleasantly surprised with the interior of the restaurant. The presentation of the dinner was excellent and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant was incredible. This restaurant was incredible. Went with friends from Virgina who had eaten at the other 2 Eurasia restaurants in Richmond and Virginia Beach. Our waiter as well as the general manager interacted with us several times during the meal and did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The waiter recommended 2 really good bottles of wine to accompany our meal choices and the food was excellent. Be sure to save room for the carrot cake...some of the best I've ever had.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMEveryone in our party wasEveryone in our party was very happy with their meal choice. Soft shell crabs, ahi tuna, bison burger, lamb rack, and mussels. Full range of choices satisfied our tastes. Great waiter...fun evening all around.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMLeave Early...Hard to Find!!Difficult to find! Hidden in a shopping center by trees and poor signage. Friendly service and fairly diverse menu. Wine selection also good but lowest priced bottle is $50. The mussels appetizer was outstanding. Definitely recommend. The entrees took almost an hour to arrive which was puzzling due to the sparse crowd. However, the scallops special, according to my wife was worth the wait. My NY Strip was a nice portion and fairly tasty but served a bit tepid like it had been sitting out for a while. We ordered their signature carrot cake dessert, and while good was rather ordinary not all that "special". But all-in-all, a nice Mt. Pleasant find for adults who want a friendly, eclectic dining experience without crossing the bridge.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMConsistently Great!Always a good meal and service at Eurasia. Sort of Asian infused Lowcountry cuisine. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Apps-Beef Carpaccio, Fried Oysters w/ Buerre Blanc and Spring Rolls w/ dipping sauce are all great. The dinner specials are always good. Fresh fish, interesting flavors and combinations. Just took out of town friends and my wife for her birthday. Everything was superb from beginning to end. One of our go to favorites in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a favorite, with zenAlways a favorite, with zen like decor, perfect sound level for good conversation and delicious dining. I really appreciate an interesting menu and that is why we returned..crispy asian meatballs, tuna on miso flavored rice...YUM! I want to try everything on the menu.
The service is excellent and our server made us feel like we were the only patrons in the place. Drink menu was also interesting and my chief complaint is that they pour too heavy here. Embrace the other ingredients in a craft cocktail! Desserts were also great and you can always go next door for froyo if that suits you. I believe I am a connoisseur of carrot cake and believe they have one of the best. Try this place out, you wont be disappointed!
