"Beautiful space, but tonight it was way off. Server failed to tell of any specials, food was late and my wife's meal was overcooked. How can a restaurant in this neighborhood not serve bread until apps arrive??! Wait was way too long for pasta apps that I've cooked myself in less time. We had to chase server down to pay our bill so we could leave to meet friends. Was so much better the last time we were here that I can only hope this was a blip. I'm willing to give it one more try myself, but wouldn't recommend it for now until I could be sure it hadn't changed for the worse."

"We dined on a Monday evening, and for a time we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. What a treat! The food was really delicious. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The room is quite lovely. A very enjoyable meal! Definitely worth the (slightly) elevated price tag."

"Everything was nice and yummy and service was good - but I don't understand why the restaurant would add an AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity to a table of FOUR PEOPLE (2 couples dining). Both couples are frequent high-end diners and we know how to tip - both couples usually tip over 20% as well. This behavior on behalf of the restaurant is quite off-putting. It's simply shameful."
