We have an in-house DJ, excellent sound system, a 60" LCD TV with laptop connection capabilities, and a private, covered patio!

  • Special Events & Promotions: Establishment Lounge is the perfect location for your next event! Whether it’s a celebration, company party, or just a large group reservation, we are very flexible and adaptable to suit your needs. Our great event coordinating team is capable and willing to work with you to create the perfect event and evening, offering a wide range of options from having a canape-style cocktail event or a set-menu sit-down dinner. We also have the resources to bring in entertainment such as DJ’s or live music.

    Our venue has an approximate seating capacity of 85, as well as a small patio which seats up to 12 people. Executive Chef Victor Bongo’s dinner menu is always available, though adjustments can be made for any dietary needs with advanced notice. We’ll gladly hold your function during or outside of our regular business hours. We have put together events before for reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, birthdays & anniversaries, movie wrap parties, and even masquerade parties.

A word from Establishment
Establishment Lounge opened in October 2011 on West Broadway, in the heart of Kitsilano. This restaurant lounge is the first for owner Clayton Mickey, who aims to create his dream of an unparalleled, comfortable dining experience.
In March 2012, Executive Chef Victor Bongo joined the… Establishment team, bringing his passion, dedicated, and shared vision about the restaurant. Chef Bongo has created a fresh and locally inspired tapas menu that fits the room and neighbourhood perfectly. With unique dishes such as his Famous African Chicken Peanut Soup, almond-crusted Shrimp & Lobster Cakes, and the Black Truffle Saccottini Pasta, he has used his knowledge of food and cooking talents to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
