Escopazzoexotic diningitalian food made from scratch daily, not your standard fair, but unique tastes. if you want veal parmagina don't go. if you want to enjoy good home cooked food then go.4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic 5 course menuWe were 9 people the other day and opted for the 5 course menu. Giancarla served dfferent dishes with each course. The quality of the food was outstanding! The way they were prepared sophisticated, different, but still adhering to the principles of the Italian cuisine. We chose the wine pairing and I enjoied each combination very much.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMOur waiter was fantastic!!Our waiter was fantastic!! The vegan options were delicious and creative!
Definitely recommend for vegans/vegetarians (lots of delicious meat options as well) and for a special occasion!4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMFine Dining and Vegan Fare TogetherSo many restaurants that offer vegan fare are small, hole in the wall, casual dining spots. However, one doesn't have to compromise elegant service, wonderful ambiance, great wait staff and a superb wine list at Escopazzo. Best of all your non-vegan dining companions have fabulous, fresh organic Italian options as well! Dinner at Escopazzo is not inexpensive, but the ingredients are ultra fresh, the preparation perfect and your palate will thank you!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMOrganic Italian gem in SoBeSouth Beach can present a varied and variable set of restaurant choices. We have found a gem In Escopazzo at 13th and Washington. We've been there twice now and have not yet tasted a bite that was not delicious. This is organic Italian food and every dish we've had has been delicate, delectable, and true to the essence of the food. The raviolis and desserts simply could not be better. The wait staff was friendly, had a good sense of timing, and made good suggestions. To top it off on our 2d visit, a young magician came to our table and performed some card tricks that left us astounded. We live out of town, so can't get there that often. But I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Escopazzo to find new tastes to delight in.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMThere are good restaurantsThere are good restaurants all over South Beach but none brings all the elements together quite like Escopazzo. Delicious food is perfectly paired with thoughtful wines in a tasting menu where each course shines. Service is thorough and charming without being overbearing and the restaurant itself is warm and inviting - no glitz, just a high-class experience, once again.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is a store front withThis is a store front with a difference...the atmosphere is intimate and the back room is one of the quietest dining places I've found in years...and just adjacent to a first-rate wine cellar. Then of course there is the food, which is simply outstanding - the ravioli and the zuppa di pesce both went down beautifully. And the service was attentive and never overbearing. It's enough to make me want to go back to Miami, to dine there...again and again3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMTasting MenuWe tried the 5 course tasting menu - Chef's choice. We were very pleased with the quality and outstanding taste of the food, but portions were a bit small for the price.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was one of the top 10This was one of the top 10 meals I can ever remember eating. Everything was so yummy. We split an appetizer, entree and dessert and the bill was still quite high. Mainly because of my glass of wine. I wish I had known it was $22.00 a glass when they recommneded it because it was not worth $22.00. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience with a great wait staff.2/27/2013 12:00:00 AMWe always stop at EscopazzoWe always stop at Escopazzo when were in SoBe and love the authentic style Itlain cooking from Giancarla. After a little glitch with our reservation we settled in for some late night past. Especially good were the paccheri with burrata and oliev pesto. We'll be back next time we're here12/4/2012 12:00:00 AM
