The meal was served properly - with time left between courses to savour the flavour of the previous course and to anticipate the next. The food is so delicious that I like to congratulate whoever working in the kitchen. I can do the rating in 6 months and still remember what I ate that day. I cannot say that with any other dinning places. The down side is it does not open during summertime. It is a long wait.
