For over 30 years, The Elderberry House has been recognized as the premier fine dining destination in the area. This European haven, nestled in the Sierra Mountains just minutes from Yosemite National Park, lends itself to an unforgettable evening for gourmands and wine enthusiasts.

Dinner at The Elderberry House is a thrill for the senses, showcasing seasonal ingredients from local farms that harvest exclusively for our culinary team. We are currently offering a seasonal three or five-course tasting menu. Start the evening off with a hand-crafted cocktail at The Cellar, a craft cocktail bar.

In order to provide you with the best dining experience, we request 48-hour advance notice for any guests with dietary/allergy restrictions. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, kindly let us know in advance.

Please know we have an age minimum of 8 years and older in the Restaurant to ensure an intimate environment.

Beautiful restaurant and surroundings/grounds! Lovely meal, and really special. There was a space of time where everyone was getting food at the surrounding tables besides us, we felt a little forgotten. Else, it was an amazing experience with fantastic food & service!

Amazing anniversary dinner with my husband - the food was presented so artfully and was so delicious! Staff was very attentive and made us feel like the main focus.

Probably one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Totally unexpected as we were staying in an RV park 15 minutes away and was simply looking for something decent nearby. Service was outstanding as was the food.

Service was excellent starting with being met at the door and helped out of the car. Our table was ready for us. Erika, both the Sommelier and attending our table, was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodated the needs of the pescatarian of our group and her desire to have fewer courses. Erika's solution was very good. The tuna crudo and the asparagus salads were innovative and very tasty. The scallop for our Pescatarian came too salty to eat. Erika had the Chef remake the dish, which on second attempt was very good albeit still a little over-salty. Over-salting was also a slight fault with the lamb, though it remained very tasty. Four stars to the Chef. Five stars to our greeter and Sommelier.

The entire team are customer/service-oriented. Food is creative, wine pairings inspired. So very pleasant to be pampered! (My wife’s gluten-allergy was addressed adroitly and decisively—allowing us to relax and enjoy, without concern that there might be any careless or inadvertent gluten cross-contamination.)

Loved the service and ambiance. As for food, the sweet offerings (scones, croissants, parfaits) were excellent. The savory items were not. Egg salad was bland, shredded beef ribs tasted like they were made in a crockpot, and the raw ground beef tartare was left untouched. Paid $250 for 2 for afternoon tea.
