Epic Casual DiningOnce again, excellent.As always, we had some great food at Epic. We started with the Mr. Martinez salad. That's just about my favorite salad ever. Often, I just have that salad and some skirt steak for my meal. My wife had a shrimp quinoa curry dish this time. She quite enjoyed it. I had an amazing flat iron steak on a bed of dijon creamed with fried red potatoes. Me, the guy whose favorite tv show is MeatEater, can't stop thinking about that spinach. To finish we shared the chocolate cake and ice cream which was tasty. They have a nice wine list at Epic. Our default wine in the Castle Rock Pinot Noir.
