The wines are well priced and great variety, the server knowledgeable. In a town where prices can get out of hand, our experience was all of what Ketchum should be - friendly, affordable and of good quality. We'll be back!"

  • "The first time I visited this restaurant, the food was tasty but miniscule; not enough to eat even in the entrees. We sat in a side booth where half our party was constantly brushed by waiters. The second time I went with ladies; we sat in the front so the crowding was eliminated. We are pizza and Brussels spouts; more food but still small portions. This time we sat in a back table- no crowding, and there was a decent amount of fish and lamb to the entrees. I would revisit if I could be assured of seating in front or back. Food excellent; restaurant's layout difficult."

  • "We have eaten at Enoteca three times now. The atmosphere is great, although tables are close. Our main issue is with the service. It is s l o w. All three times we have waited at least 10 minutes before the waiter/waitress came by to take our drink order. Then another 10 minutes to deliver. Drinks were delivered and then we waited to order. I'm very understanding of busy wait staff, but usually the waiter is chatting with the bar tender. The menu is interesting, with good options at lots of price points. Food is very good. A little more attention to service will greatly improve the performance level."

  • "We'd been trying to get into Enoteca for some time, but it seemed like we couldn't get a suitable reservation, and it was always a lengthy wait for a walk-in dinner. I think we got lucky this time because there were some special events taking place elsewhere in town that may have absorbed some of the crowd. Food was excellent (although my wife complained that her chicken dish was rather dry.) Prices were not excessive for this quality food. Would go back (if we can get in.)"

  • "What a great night! The place was packed! We had reservations, but still had to wait 15 minutes until we could sit down. The people behind us were a bit upset to be waiting, but that's what happens when you go to the best place to eat in town! Our waiter (Nate) gave us a fantastic wine suggestion that didn't break the bank. I enjoyed a fantastic steak and the bacon wrapped dates. Great staff! Great food! Great atmosphere! Great drinks! Great time! Other restaurants need to make their own reservations at Enoteca to see how a restaurant should be run! I only wish they had a liquor license because it would be an amazing place to enjoy a cocktail!"

  • "For a 6:30 reservation our service was too slow, but the food was very good. The venue's previous life was as a Starbucks coffee house, so the space is pretty small and tables, especially tables for 2, are uncomfortably close together. Interesting that there was just one California wine on the wine list, and it was in the "by the glass" section. There is a large selection of wines from the Northwestern U.S. as well as a large selection of Italian wines. Enoteca is very popular, so it is advisable to reserve several days in advance via Open Table if you cannot call during hours when there is a person to answer the phone."

  • "We shared brussel sprouts with bacon and goat cheese as a starter--delicious. The panned chicken from the menu was lovely, the strega pizza exceptional. We didn't try any specials this time. We have been multiple times and have never been disappointed. Our waiter was excellent: friendly but not overly attentive, he gave right just amount of assistance and had such a fun and cheerful disposition--definitely added to the overall positive experience. Salted caramels are such a fun dessert treat, unusual and just enough sweet to share."

  • "There was a special called "Green Curry Pizza" which intrigued me enough to try it. Very spicy, the warned. Indeed it was, but fantastic, especially with wines by the glass, which is the subtext of an Eniteca. The dessert was a scoop of house made salted caramel ice cream, decadent, but a small portion so it won't kill me. Just a great evening, even though I dined alone this time. The convivial staff made it feel like a party."

The fresh fish, wood-fired pizza and lamb chops simply cannot be beat and the interior is a great take on how to renovate an old brick mercantile store in a mountain ski town without yeilding to the chiche. But Saturday, we were taken with what a happy, vibrant place it has become and how well it runs. You will definitely need reservations though. Ciao!"

  • "Their reservation policy/protocol is unacceptable to me. I made 3 reservations for Xmas week and New Years week almost 3 months in advance. Arriving at my designated time, on 2 of the 3 occasions neither my requested table nor an adjacent table were available. I waited a half to 1 hr and was finally seated elsewhere. An employee noticing my frustration and dissatisfaction said "We are doing the best we can and you know there are other restaurants in town to eat at" This is the first time in my life that I have been treated with such rudeness. I will not return to Enoteca unless their attitude towards patrons changes 180 degrees."

My daughter had wild caught fresh salmon, my husband had scallops and both said they were close to the best they've had anywhere. I had the wood fired pizza (unusual gourmet selections... no pepperoni and olive!) and it was wonderfully flavorful and hands down the best crust I've ever had, Everything was quality. No room for dessert so can't comment on that."
