Dinner for 2 on a weeknight.
Great food at fair prices, just like the Ketchum Grill. Always order the Brussels sprouts as a side. Great wine selection at reasonable by the glass prices. So many by the glass, we rarely get a bottle anymore. Professional servers. Love the open kitchen and high ceiling, but makes it a little noisy - but that's part of what makes it a fun place."

Ketchum has great respect for
lamb. We've had this lamb special twice now and it is sensational, tender the consistency of pulled pork over Fettucini noodles. We tried to analyse the spice combination, but it's complex. Wish it were on the menu more often. My wife usually orders whatever is the catch of the day, always fresh, often browned in a pan with a crispy crust and seasoned perfectly. Wines by the glass are all thoughtfully selected, but as we were four that night, we ordered a bottle of Archery Summit Pinot Noir that was really good. It is a great list, in keeping with the name Enoteca, wine bar specializing in regional wines."

The pork oso buco was excellent.
My wife had the veal Marsala and it was made very well. The polenta was done just right. A place to visit at least once a week."

Perfectly cooked and seasoned fish
and crispy skinned chicken were the stars of this meal. Petrale sole was served with lemony non-chewy kale and orzo salad. Heavy on the kale and light on the orzo, just he way I like it. Nice compliment to the fish. Nice wines by the glass too. Love the interior design and ambience. Make reservations!"

Enoteca is a wonderful addition to
the Sun Valley food scene. Their pizzas make a great sharing appetizer. It is hard to pass up their Idaho trout as well as the local lamb. A great repurposing of an historic building. Make reservations."

Very popular local restaurant get
there early or make reservations. Dinners are special, Delicious food, reasonable, nice staff. We had mussels, pecan coated halibut and chicken cacciatore. All delicious."

We had heard great things about
this restaurant from both locals and visitors and we were not disappointed. Service and ambience were excellent. Food was outstanding; imaginative and delicious. Notable appetizers were the buratta cheese and Mac and Cheese. Don't miss the Brussels sprouts side dish. For our party of 4, we ordered 2 pizzas (Stregga and Diavola) and two trout dinners to share -- all delicious. Nice wine and beer list. Overall a great experience -- we highly recommend this place."

This place is so good, so
convivial, so centrally located, that you are going to need a dinner reservation at any normal time. Whether you are in Ketchum for the Sun Valley Summer Symphony, the Wine Auction, the Writers' Conference, or Wagon Days, you are going to find Enoteca busy, but the ceilings are high and the acoustics are good. The wood fired pizzas, lamb chops, and Mama's Salad are my favorites, and we are regulars, but my wife loves the grilled, fresh fish and vegetable side dishes. The servers are a great team with great personalities and attitudes."

We had dinner here recently and
loved the ambience, wine list (lots of great local options from the pacific NW), and the service. We were pleased to see some Walla Walla offerings at fairly reasonable prices for this type of restaurant in sometimes overpriced Ketchum. The trout was outstanding, and the chicken was very good. I was hoping for a pasta option other than risotto since it is an Italian restaurant, but the food was good enough that I forgot about what I had a hankering for! Desserts were a part of our evening as we were both celebrating birthdays -- they were excellent! Burke was an excellent server -- attentive but not overly so. He was very welcoming and is an obvious asset to this establishment."

Everything about Enoteca was

This is a very popular restaurant,
favored by tourists and locals. Good ambience, but a little noisy. The food is very good, although the selection of starters could be better. No outdoor dining, so it is probably better in winter than in summer. Very well run."

This is a very popular restaurant.
I like the brick oven pizzas. Their seafood and steaks are always good as well. The staff are friendly and prompt. It isn't my favorite restaurant in Ketchum because there is no patio dining in the summer. I like to eat there every few months but usually have to make reservations in advance because they are always booked."

At our early dinner on a busy
weekend in Ketchum, the staff treated our party as if we were the only guests - which we certainly weren't as this is a very popular spot. Our servers accommodated special food requests, offered beverage tastings, split appetizers and desserts - all seamlessly. The food was fresh, creatively presented and delicious. The decor was trendy while honoring the western heritage of the location. Patrons were friendly and locals support this restaurant. I selected this restaurant based on the OpenTable website reviews and was very pleased with my choice."

A unique, romantic, modern but
comforting atmosphere and flavor at Enoteca in Ketchum. We were in town for a few days and found ourselves wanting something in between the fine dining resorts options and casual local cuisine. Enoteca met our needs with a great wine list, yummy wine bar type bites, oysters, charcuterie, pizza, pasta and even some local favorites-I highly reccomend the Idaho trout! An unexpected wine dinner in Ketchum that you will remember!"

We booked this reservation a week
before we were to be in Ketchum for Cindy's birthday. We received two conformations and the day before, we received a cancellation notice. We called and spoke with Vita, the manager, and she had no idea how our's was cancelled, perhaps the wrong party. She assured us we would have a table. When we arrived, we did have a table in the bar area and had a nice time talking to the couple who were almost sharing our table, but we enjoyed the company and the food was great. You clearly do not care about the rest of the story as there is not enough space to complete the outcome concerning trying to receive our points!"

The menu is very limited.
Disappointed that there were not more pasta choices. The pizza was just okay. It was very noisy. We have been there several times but not sure if we will return anytime soon."

Enoteca is one of our favorite
restaurants in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. We have felt this way since they opened at Christmas, 2012. Enoteca is well managed, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is superb! We have enjoyed the Mason's other local restaurant, Ketchum Grill, for many years. Enoteca is a winner!"

My husband, adult daughter and I
ate at Enoteca on Saturday night, 5/31. We were staying near Stanley but drove into Ketchum for dinner. Chose Enoteca based on "Best of Ketchum 2013" article. Our food was inventive and delicious. Our favorite may have been the seasonal appetizer of fiddle head ferns---really outstanding. The restaurant is more upscale than "outdoor gear dress" for dinner but not stuffy. The decor is fun. Interesting wine choices even "by the glass." Service was attentive but not overbearing. We will be back!"

Enoteca has established itself as
one if the best restaurants in town. The menu, service, attitude are all top-notch. It is a great place to take out-of-town guests. A great chance of pace from the regular spots that tourists tend to gravitate towards. The prices are very fair and a good value."

The food was simply outstanding.
The Idaho trout with the bread crumbs was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I am not usually a fan of Brussels sprouts but these were amazing. Sliced thin with bacon and other seasonings. The service was top notch. "

A great spot. Our server was
patient as we caught up with old friends and forgot about the menu, the food was excellent, the ambience was really cool. I think it has something for everyone and is a great spot. Be sure to make a reservation though, as even during slack they were pretty full!"
