The wines paired beautifully with the first course mussels, the second course scallop, and the third course lamb loin, all perfectly prepared, beautifully sauced, creatively presented. Wine & Tapas pairingThe Wine and Tapas pairing was outstanding, which is why we return for these Wednesday evenings regularly. Each course was perfectly prepared and beautifully balanced with accompanying veggies and starch, and a delcious sauce, gastrique, or salsa to delight the palate. The chef gave us creative courses with great flavors and combinations, all paired effectively with the featured wines to enhance the flavor experience. We savored three perfect courses (scallop, pork tenderloin, and skirt steak) beautifully designed and matched to the featured wines, which were from Australia this time and also excellent. We finished with one of the yummy desserts(churros)from the menu.

The servers were knowledgeable and helpful. The wine I wanted was not available but the one that was recommended was excellent and very similar to my first choice. The lobster bisque had a great presentation, but was more tomato based than traditional. I think our favorites were the green beans and the mushroom ravioli. I've often brought friends, family, and clients to Eno Vino--and no one has ever been disappointed.
