The service was top notch. The food was excellent. I mentioned it was for my wife's birthday when booking the reservation with Open Table, and they responded very well. They sat us by the fireplace and wrote Happy Birthday on her desert plate, making it a nice special evening.

EnoTerra is a great find tucked just far enough away from downtown Princeton. I have met friends here on a number of occasions - friendly, informative bartenders, attentive wait staff, excellent food choices along with a seemingly endless wine list. I love the addition of valet parking on Friday evenings, and that the venue accommodates all types of situations, yet feels intimate. Bar scene can get robust but usually settles down when a gathering crowd gets seated.

This was my first time at Eno Terra and I can't say enough good things. Great atmosphere that had a very elegant, yet casual feel. Perfect for a date or special occasion. Vegetarian options that didn't feel like an afterthought, complimentary valet parking and a solid wine list. Will definitely be back.

A great experience and great ending to a busy day. From the reception to the delightfully delicious food there were no errors. We enjoyed our salumi and cheese starter as well as the special entrees, The black South Carolina bass and the organically/ethically raised pork style Milanese were up to snuff, The Malbec from Mendoza as well as a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa did great honor to their origins and to us. The coaxing from Lauren was pleasing to our taste buds. JJ was also a superb host for the late dinner that we enjoyed immensely.

I have dined at Eno Terra once before a few months ago. The food was okay, not bad, but not standing out. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the seasonal dishes added. Quick delicious and well composed. The wine list was quite comprehensive and had many great options to pair with the food. I will definitely dine there again.

My wife and I first experienced this restaurant while attending a wine event they held. At the event we were fortunate enough to learn of the chefs passion. He repeatedly spoke to the belief and dedication of finding ingredients from farms that share his passion. Just visit and take one bite. You'll know immediately this love of great food is replicated in the taste and production. Excellent restaurant.

  • I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED IN THE
    OpenTable Diner Since 2014
    Dined on 11/9/2014
DINNER MENU FOR THAT SUNDAY EVENING. WE ORDERED THE ROASTED BEET SALAD FOR OUR ANTIPASTI DISH AND DECIDED TO SHARE IT. WE RECEIVED ONLY 2 SLICED BEETS PER DISH. MY HUSBAND ORDERED PASTA WITH LAMB BOLOGNESE AND THAT WAS QUITE GOOD. I ORDERED ORECCHIETTE& ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH BROCCOLI RABE. THE DISH WAS PREPARED POORLY. THE PASTA WAS SERVED COLD AND VERY DRY AND UNDER COOKED. TOO MUCH SAUSAGE AND ONE SMALL STEM OF BROCCOLI RABE AND NO BROTH(SAUCE) TO KEEP THE DISH MOIST AND BY FAR TOO MUCH HOT CHILI FLAKES. I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AT THE TIME BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO UPSET OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. BUT WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

The food was fresh and tastefully prepared. We all ordered something different and no one was disappointed. The wait staff was attentive and professional. The atmosphere warm and inviting, yet simple and tasteful. I read about Eno a Terra and have wanted to try it. I appreciated the locally sourced ingredients and their freshness.

There are some interesting things on the menu that you don't typically see, such as lamb bolognese, stracci, and pototo gnocci. The arancini is an unusual find andit was delicious.

From the Scallop Ceviche to the Pappardelle with Lamb Bolognese to the Mediterranean Seabass and finishing with the OMG Maple Budino, everything was too fantastic for words! I had not been here for a while as I had been disappointed with the last 2 visits about 6-7 months ago. But I am back and can't wait to return. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. And don't forget to pair each course with a great wine by the glass - a great way to add variety and perfect flavor to the meal. Suzie took care of us and she was attentive and very knowledgeable which added a lot to the choices and experience. Thank you, Suzie and Eno Terra chefs and staff. Love, love, love being back!

We've tried to really like eno terra but it's disappointed us again & again, this is our 2d time in 2 months, after taking a long break because the food was just not up to its usual caliber. Last time the appetizers were fine but the tile fish was undercooked in one dish, the cauliflower was not cooked at all in the shortrib dish and the apples and pumpkin were crunchy instead of the crumble in the dessert. I used to eat here almost once a month when it first opened but after the renovations post-Sandy I've had disappointing meal after meal, so took a long break and now we came back 2x in 2 months and both meals were disasters. Wish them well but at $200 per meal it's a waste of time, money and just feels like an evening wasted.

Picked Eno Terra to celebrate a birthday. Pleasantly surprised by the interior which was spacious and airy. Had a table right by the outdoor dining patio which was not open but was a nice backdrop. Food was excellently prepared and the waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice setting and great food. All six of us loved what we ordered -- tried five appetizers and then our six entrees ranging from the ribeye to the Mediterranean Sea bass to the gnocchi. Water was kept filled, bread basket replenished without asking. Everything was delicious. Really no room left for dessert. Will definitely go again.

I has to find a special spot for parents weekend at my daughters college and to celebrate her first successful month away, and not being from this part of the country, I had to rely on reviews--we had an excellent dinner: the special mozzarella, prosciutto, and grilled bread appetizer which disappeared in about thirty seconds it was so delicious, and then three of the pasta dishes-- the lamb bolognese, the stracchi with mushrooms, and the butternut squash gnocchi. All were excellent, though the portions were small so there was room for dessert--the s'more brownie, an outstanding pumpkin and apple crumble, and the Bent Spoon ice cream trio. We had a very special time reconnecting at Eno Terra and will return on the next Princeton trip.

Eno Terra is consistently a top perfomer in my book for the Princeton area. The food is creative and fresh. But the chef doesn't try to be "over the top". The wait staff is very well informed on the specials, the ingredients of the dishes and the manner in which the food is prepared. It's a treat just to ask about a dish. The wait staff take pride in sharing very minute details. The service team is polite and attentive, without being obstructive.

This was our third time at Eno Tera and once again they delivered a first class dining experience. We started with a cheese platter that was a meal in itself. She had salmon with lentils which was cooked perfectly while I opted for pasta with pesto which was also spot on.
