"Very pleasantly surprised. The food was very very good. The staff is efficient and friendly and the clientele was perfectly diverse. Moms and daughters enjoying English Tea a time, young couples having lunch and wine, families enjoying Sunday mid afternoon roast beef dinner and Seniors enjoying a cocktail and a snack - all in the same room at the same time. Very very nice."

"Energetic is a good description, lots of people and activity not the place to be if you want a quiet night out. Tries hard to look like a pub but in teh end it is a high end restaurant dressing up but does achieve some authenticity. Great selection of beer and well kept, food OK but a little bit michelin star than pub star presentation"

"The food here is WONDERFUL and authentic. The Pim's cup is a must try, as is the pretzel bread (yum!). Every single thing I've had on the menu is awesome...the service can be a bit flakey sometimes (this was my third visit), but they seem to have ironed that out."
