It was may birthday and mothers day so we were expecting it to be a little busyer then it was but we loved the place. The atmosphere was romantic and quite. The food was awsome as well as the drinks. The shrimp dish my wife had was perdectly cook, as was mine. We could"nt have asked for a better experience and highly recommed Emerils New Orleans fish house to everyone. Thnk to the entire staff for a wonderful memory and to mamagement, the free birthday desert and drinks were an extra we greatly appreciated. We ordered the famous BBQ Shrimp, which didn't disappoint. The Red fish was delicious. We finished with the banana cream pie which was heavenly. The service was outstanding!!! My wife had the scallops that came with delicious grilled asparagus. I had the shrimp stuffed with great lump crab meat.
The wine list was enormous, with a nice selection of half-bottles, which are the right size for us after a round of cocktails.

At most highend restaurants they give u very little food at very high prices but here you will get your fill and then some. The lobster is really enough for 2 people to share and the appetizers are just as plentiful. Our waiter Michael while a little weird did a fabulous job. If u have the pleasure of sitting in his section ask him to describe something on the menu. His descriptions will make u want to order the entire menu. Consistently well prepared food, from standards such as the Gumbo and planked rib eye, to items that show deft of hand as in the whole grilled fish and mushrooms with fois gras.
Service staff is well educated, helpful and respectfully proud of the menu and environment they work with/in.
Be sure to spend some time with a deep and week rounded wine list - you'll be thankful you dd.

I ordered the entree with the 16oz steak, meadium well and it melted like butter. I was only able to eat 1/4 of it. Visiting Vegas again in December and I am sure I would dine here again.

We both had the gumbo as an appetizer and it was up to bar with my Mi-Mi's from back home. Delicious! I had the BBQ shrimp while my friend had the shrimp & crawfish étouffée. I should have got the same thing he did. Don't get me wrong! The BBQ shrimp were to die for but boy did that étouffée look amazingly good! Every time has been exceptional with the food and the service. The Banana Cream Pie is to die for. This last visit out waiter, Christian, was especially fantastic as was his helper. I was very impressed with the service, which was attentive, prompt, extremely polite and very sensitive to our dietary restrictions. This was definitely a highlight from our evening.
The food was excellent. My fiance loves seafood and was thrilled with both the Lobster Bisque and the cajun Shrimp and Crawfish dish she ordered. My steak was one of the better ones I have had in Las Vegas, with the veal pepper reduction sauce being particularly flavorful.
The ambiance was quite loud, but that was given to the two tables of 8 located behind us of rowdy tourists. That's Vegas for you.

Over the years, We have recognised some of the staff members that have been there for many many years. The staff and the service is impeccable.The food is AWSOME.
