  • "I have eaten here throughout the years when I am in Las Vegas and have always enjoyed the food. We were assigned two waiters, which I found unusual and neither of them checked back with us often enough. We ordered drinks and had to ask for them when we didn't receive them. The food was still excellent but I was disappointed in the lack of attention of the service staff. I will probably eat here one more time because I enjoy the food so much but if I have the same time of service next time, I probably won't go back. I felt like our table was ignored for some reason but I don't know why."

  • "Expected much more from Emerils. Even though we had two waiters assigned to us it was hard to get drinks refilled, including our wine which wasn't kept at our table once they opened it. My NY strip steak was tough and had very little flavor. The bread pudding was the best part of the meal. Other members in our party were not that impressed as well."

  • "Emeril's was a bit underwhelming. I ordered gumbo and a steak. The gumbo was mediocre, the steak was as good as any other steak at a nice restaurant. I thought the prices were a bit on the high side for a celebrity chain like this. With a restaurant full of empty tables, I didn't care to be turned away 10 minutes prior to dinner being served: the hostess said, "We don't start serving dinner until 5:00, so please walk around a bit and then come back." They should have seated us and let us drink wine."

  • "Sean our server was so attentive and friendly. When I made the reservation online I mentioned there was a birthday but I didn't expect anything to happen. Sean brought ice cream with a candle for my mom and said Happy Birthday. He also double checked which desserts have nuts as my mom has an allergy. Such a great experience! The food was amazingly delicious but the service really made it a great experience."

  • "We were in town to celebrate our anniversary and decided to try something different from the usual steakhouse. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately but before our waiter even greeted us, we were asked to pose for a photo package. I thought this was very Disney World-ish and tacky for what I had perceived as a "fancy" restaurant. The bar was out of the 2 Abita beers I preferred but justice prevailed and I got a Dixie Voodoo Blackened Lager, which is also New Orleans-based. The food (crab cake, clam chowder, barbecued salmon and jambalaya) tasted amazing as expected. The banana creme pie dessert was terrific. The service staff was efficient and friendly. But except for the large bill at the end, this didn't feel like a fancy restaurant."

  • "its in a casino--so the location not all that romantic but from the feel inside the restaurant, we soon forgot where we were! we started with the calamari appetizer that was tender and not chewy like it can get. I had the Shrimp Creole and my date had the special crab pasta. --both excellent and well presented. Our waiter had some great wine selections and was attentive but not overly so to be annoying. we shared a slice of banana cream pie that was to die for! the souvenir photo was a little bit of a tacky Vegas touch but we bought it anyway to remember the night! :)"

Presentation was taken seriously and reflected care in component choice with emphasis on flavour and overall appearance of the final product. I was fortunate to have two different blue crab appetizers due to a sharing of our initial choices at our table - I consider their preparation flawless with layers of flavour and texture. The main course was a seafood stew which I would recommend to anyone visiting the establishment."

I returned recently and was let down by the server who was not interested in ensuring we were happy guests, and felt the food quality, taste, and presentation was not what it was when I originally dined at this location. I dinned at other high end restaurants during my visit and found in comparison Emerils is not worth the cost."

  • "Eagerly anticipated first-time visit to an Emeril restaurant. Nothing about the decor of this restaurant reminded one of a New Orleans Fish House. Service for a group of 6 was haphazard and inattentive. Food was under-seasoned and bland. Pecan-crusted fish with sweet potatoes had a pasty, mushy texture throughout, with no crisp. Desserts were brought to the table at different times, leaving some to watch others eat theirs. A promise to provide a separate check for two members of the party was never fulfilled. Server seemed to disappear halfway through the service and hand us over to her assistant. This restaurant is way too pricey for this kind of treatment and food preparation."

  • "My first time in Las Vegas four of us decided to reserve at Emeril's. We have been to NOLA in New Orleans and we had heard good things about the Emeril's restaurants in Vegas. We were not disappointed. We were led to a table near the kitchen door and we asked if we could have a different table. Our request was granted immediately. Our wait staff was top notch. We never had to ask for one thing. Every need was anticipated in advance, our water never ran dry, and our waiters were very jovial and friendly. I had the barbecue shrimp for an appetizer and the amazing trout entree. All four entrees were exceptional. Emeril's recipes are always so full of interesting flavors and spices. Don't forget to try the pecan pie!!! Wonderful!"

  • "We enjoyed Emeril's last Friday night. The menu choices were interesting and various. Service was absolutely outstanding. My only disappointment was that the BBQ salmon was not done medium as the waiter indicated it would be. Still a nice dish, but the fish should have been cooked a little less. Both the gumbo and the clam chowder were awesome. Red wines are particularly expensive, but there were several high quality white wines on the menu at reasonable prices."

The whipped mashed potatoes were incredible and the veggies were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The bread pudding for dessert was probably the best I have ever had (sorry Grandma)!!! The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends."

  • "Everything was absolutely amazing. From the atmosphere, the bottle of wine and appetizers, to the dessert and everything in between. I had the Texas Pecan Crusted Redfish with garlic mashed potatoes and my wife had the shrimp creole and sautéed wild mushrooms. Probably the best food we have ever had. I am not sure how they knew, but my wife and I had just gotten married earlier that day. The staff went out of their way to make our first dinner together as husband and wife the most amazingly wonderful experience ever. We will be back every time we go to Las Vegas which is several times a year. Thank you so much for making our wedding day extra special!!!"
