We enjoyed our meal at Emeril's Italian Table again this week. We also had good service from our server Greta. She remembered what I like and how I like it. I appreciate her for her efficiency.

This was our second time dining here... the first was much better... also remember this is a casino so if you don't like to smell smoke while you eat or wait for your reservation avoid... strongest point was the server... will we try a third time? maybe, but only because there are not many good choices beyond Chop House here

We were a party of four and all enjoyed their dinners. I requested a quiet table so we could have a conversation and restaurant complied with this request. Our two friends were first time guests and were very pleased with the setting as well as the food. Our service was excellent and staff was very friendly.

It was a little more noisy than usual, because there was a big party sitting next to us. But it really wasn't a problem. Food good and hot as usual. See you again next week.

The food was very good! The acoustics were extremely loud; making it difficult to converse with the people across from me. The waiting staff was horrible. The waitress came to our table once. Our food was served by some man; not a waiter. He proceeded to pass our food to us from across the table. We were short water glasses; never brought to us. Those that did get water only got one glass and ended up eating the ice for refreshment. When it came time to pay the bill; we had to stand by the bar and try and flag someone down to help us. Thankfully, for the restaurant, we were not the kind of people to skip out on the bill. We could have done that very easily! I would not go back!

Table service is good but it is hit and miss with the kitchen. Have had some dinners come out not cooked enough, some VERY salty where you couldn't even eat it and sometimes it can take 1/2 hour after you place your order until you get your dinner.

I really enjoy the angel hair pasta and meatballs at Emeril's Italian Table at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem. The chef can really put this meal together. The seasoning is outstanding and this time I ate every bit of it. I did not have any left to take home. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal and we cannot wait to get back.

Never been disappointed here. Still the best pizza I've ever tasted. It's location in the Casino is perfect. Right at the edge of the action but nice and quiet so you can enjoy your meal. Probably the main reason we come here to gamble. I have Casino's within 5 miles of where I live and the same distance to here as to Atlantic City but I still prefer here because of Emeril's

I thought based on the fact that it was "Emeril's" that it would be fabulous. It was a huge disappointment. Service was bad and food was bad. I had chicken piccata. The sauce tasted like coagulated gravy. Had a flour, greasy taste. My husband's salmon was not good either. Overall, a huge disappointment!

It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't great. Spent $100 on a dinner for two, which I am glad to pay for a wonderful meal, but we found the food to be on par with Olive Garden. And as far as atmosphere, my local Olive Garden is actually nicer and more relaxing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dining area is on the Casino floor, and not closed-off from smokers and machine noise. A curtain separates diners from gamblers, not a great ambience. Points off for bad lighting, poor seating arrangements. Wait staff was professional, but food took a long time to make it to the table (45 minutes to an hour) and when delivered, food seem to be pre-prepared, and a few notches above supermarket frozen food. Not up to Emeril's name and status!

So many Italian restaurants serve almost the identical food with the same typical recipes. We've eaten at Emeril's Italian Table twice and both times the recipes were more unique and the food tasty. Service was first rate and our waitress made recommendations that were spot on. The cheese cake, which had goat cheese in the mix, was dense and delicious (a real cheese cake, not cream cheese cake). The lasagna is very good here. The coffee is a rich Italian roast.

Everything was perfect. From the time we arrived everyone was extremely friendly, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I think it is a great place . Just think it is better suited for adults. The crab and spinach ravioli is to die for. I will get it every time we go. My husband had the lasagna and he said it was the best. Not one complaint at our table. Thanks for a great evening!

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Emeril's. I was concerned about the noise and smoke from the casino, it wasn't an issue at all. We were seated back into the restaurant, and you didn't even know the casino was there. Our server was very thorough and prompt. The food was great. (Lasagna & ravioli).

I've eaten at Emeril's Italian Table before, and it seems to have slipped a good bit in food quality. The first time I ate there, I ordered the cheese board, and it was presented nicely, on yes, a board. This time I ordered the same thing and it was presented unceremoniously on a plate, the cheeses placed haphazardly in big chunks. Ok, so that was forgivable, but then I ordered the chicken Saltimbocca. It tasted like chicken with turkey gravy, very unappealing. It was also too salty, and the spinach on top was wilted and flavorless. Emeril would be embarrassed. I barely ate any of this main dish, and yet the waitress didn't even bother to ask if I didn't like it. The saving grace of the meal was dessert, delicious Tiramisu

The bottle of house Pinot Grigio was fine, the server was adequate, the food was delicious, the dessert, coffee, and tea were o.k., but...no atmosphere. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, and the restaurant was not even full. We were seated at the table between the two front dining rooms...why? There were lots of better situated, EMPTY tables in the next, adjoining room...why put us there? The lighting was awful, no music, no pizazz, just BLAH. The tab for four, with tip, $195.00! Just BLAH!

On-line reservations were easy to make and perfect. Short wait. The selections on the menu encompassed the entire range of Italian specialties. We had the Chef sampler, with great selections by the Chef ( and two of our requests), the Mussels, which were perfect, and our entree's (Veal Marsala & Meatball & Spaghetti) that were superb. All this was presented to us by Beckie, who was informed, personable, polite, and a joy to talk to. She is a great asset to Emeril's Italian Table

The food was good. There was no ambience, but the restaurant is in a casino - so that may account for the cafeteria feel. It's too bad, because the food is good. Lowering the lights would help some. I love the concept of putting togethe your own antipasta - should play on this more; I was not encouraged to do so, but rather to order the one they put together.

When went back and were seated immediately. I did also notice there were a lot of empty tables. My main problem and the possibility of not returning was the cigarette smoke! There was no smoking in the restaurant however where we were seated you could smell the heavy odors of smoking! I and sensitive and allergic to smoke so it make it very uncomfortable! The smell was heavy enough to stick to your clothes. The smoke is a deterrent from ever going back. The food and service was good.

We've dined here three times. The last two times, we experienced incredibly slow service. We had a 7:30 reservation with tickets for an 8PM show, that we intentionally planned on missing the opening act. We told our server about the show and that we were fine with being there until 8:30/8:40. We immediately ordered, say by 8:45 but it took 25 minutes to receive our appetizer and finally at 8:35 I inquired as to where was our main course. Not too happy with this at all, and we felt someone force to eat quickly to make it to show by 9PM of which we missed part of the act. Having advised our waitress of our intentions, I felt she did nothing to assist us with our schedule. The time before this was SLOW and the place was empty...

We've been to 2 outstanding restaurants of Emeril's and were very disappointed in this one, especially because an anniversary celebration was being honored The atmosphere was no good. We were seated under bright light but asked if we could be moved. The food was not exceptional and our salads were not brought after apps. We reminded our server and she said it was put in but doesn't know why it didn't come out. Was not very enjoyable dinner arrangement. Not a very good night.

Have dined here on numerous occasions and was quite disappointed on this visiy. We did not get seated until twenty minutes past our reservation time. Our server, Gretta, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, she apparently had too many tables and did not get back to take our order for quite awhile. The food was not up to previous standards in either taste or portion size. There are too many very good restaurants in the valley to bother with this venue again.
