THE MENU IS LIMITED BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I HAD A FISH STEW, SALMON,CLAMS, MUSEELS SHIRMP ETC IN A TOMATOE BROTH. IT WAS VERY GOOD BUT THE WAITERS HELPER ASKED IF I WANTED GRATED CHESSE ADDED TO MY DISH. THIS IS A NO NO IN AN "REAL ITALIAN RESTAURANT"

The service staff was very friendly. The meal was amazing!! I wasn't sure how a casino restaurant would be, but I had an amazing roasted beet salad, fabulous tomato bisque and the best eggplant parm I ever had! It was a great meal!! I will definitely go back!!

We were about 15 minutes early so sat at the bar. 20 minutes passed and she didn't come to look for us or let us know our table was ready. We had to go to her which I found annoying. We told here we had a concert to get to but she didn't seem to care. There were empty tables everywhere????!!!!

The food was very good. The appitizers were excellent and price was fair. The service was great. The waitress was pleasant and helpful with explaining food specials. I would recommend visiting this restaurant for parties or couple dinning. The bar is full service with seating for over 10 people. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. All around great place. Reservations are not needed during the week but on weekends or during shows defiantly needed.

Went with a group of 5. Drinks were overpriced, apps were not very good. Had the bruschetta and the bread was stale! Also ordered fried mozzarella, there was absolutely NO flavor to it. Ordered pizzas for dinner and they were just as bad as apps! No flavor or taste. Definitely not what one would expect from an Emeril restaurant. Will NEVER go back!

We have been to this restaurant before and we enjoy the food. However, tonight the wait time for the meal was much too long. We waited over 40 minutes for basically 2 bowls of pasta. I was very disappointed with the amount of time we had to wait.

We dined at Emeril's Italian Table on Saturday, November 15th. The overall experience was okay but we were very disappointed in the service. Our food took over 40 minutes to come to our table. The waitress never even came over to tell us there was a problem. I finally called over one of the managers and complained to him about the long wait. The other two people who joined us had to eat their food really fast in order to get to a show. It is a nice place but the service wasn't good. I don' think I would recommend this place for people who have a show planned. If you have a lot of time to wait then maybe this is the place for you.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at Emerils Italian two times this past week. Once with grandkids and our daughter and the second time with my brothers and their wives. Great service and great food!!! My wife is gluten free and they try very hard to meet her needs. Grandson Joey loves the meatballs! Skip

Were at Sands for a concert so went early. Only complaint is that we sat unattended for the first 15 minutes, but once we made it clear we had not had any service the whole staff was very attentive. Food was excellent and lots of variety not just pasta. Tucked away in corner of the Casino and once you are inside you forgot where you are. Nice atmosphere, reasonable pricing and terrific food. EMERIL did not disappoint!!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful except both of our entree's were extremely salty. Our server went out of her way to see that I got my favorite entree....linguini and clams......whcih were taken off the menu to my dismay. It was one of the best entrees featured. Gregg made sure we were pleased with everything. Very amiable and friendly manager. Besides the Chop House it's my favorite at the Sands.

The place was loud, and the service was "rough"...not bad so much as just unrefined...and that's being nice. However the food, in Emerils inimitable style, was quite good for casino fair and priced about right. I can't give this a high rating, but probably the best choice amongst casino options...good food, serves rough, prices within reason. That's a better balance than the other choices within the Sands Casino walls.

My husband and I went here for my 40th birthday. The menu wasn't so large that it was overwhelming to choose and we knew the food would be great. My husband had a special--pork loin stuffed with hazelnut biscotti. The pork melted in your mouth. I tried something new to me--I had the veal francaise. Even though I am not a huge garlic fan, it was excellent. (I just pushed the large garlic pieces to the side). The caesar salads we had before our meal were huge and had a great dressing--not too much. Since it was my birthday, I wanted dessert. I chose the creme brulee which was ok--could have been more lemony in my opinion but still good. Overall, I was very satisfied with our meal and would like to return so I can try the piccata!

After we were seated we waiting over 10 minutes for anybody to greet us and see if we need drinks/apps. Cynthia, who was not our waitress noticed that nobody was tending to us and stopped by to check if anybody was waiting on us. We stated that we had been waiting about 10 minutes and said she would track down our waitress for us. She mentioned that there was a show that night and that it was busy. She immediatly took our drink and appetizer order. We saw her go talk to the manager who came over, appologized and comped our appetizers. The calamari and antipasta plate came out quickly and both were very good. Cynthia continued to check on us and took care of us all night. Main courses (steak medallions/pasta carbonara) were also very tasty.

Took 1 hour to get our meals from the time we sat (had to ask both the waitress and manager where it was). Had to flag down waitress when needing something (watched other tables with same waitress asking manager and hostess for check/drinks/etc.) She checked on us twice the 1 hour and 15 minutes we were there. Food was good, but the poor service made it less enjoyable.

I went to the restaurant with two of my friends for a night out before seeing a show at the Sand's Entertainment Center. The restauarant is on the same side of the casino as the outlets and Entertainment Center. The food was delicious. We had the antipasti sampler, crispy calamari, crab and spinach raviolis, chicken entree, seafood ciopinno, cheesecake, and chocolate torta. We had Joshua as a server, who was very friendly and helpful.

Fried calamari for an app was delicious but my entree was awful. Got the veal saltimboca and it had no flavor whatsoever. Was very disappointed as I expected much more from one of his resturaunts. I have been to his steakhouse as well as his resturaunt in the Lowes in Miami. Much much better experience.

The antipasto platter was great. Entrees were great. However the side of garlic spaghetti was BLAND. no garlic whatsoever. The service was lacking. Not a single person came to check on us during the meal. We would have asked the pasta to be remade had someone come to check. Also, we were overcharged for our wines that were programmed in the system.

It took over an hour and a half to receive our entrees. Two of the eight meals were inedible. One had much too much salt and the other had much too much black pepper. It was almost as if someone was deliberately sabotaging the kitchen. Maybe the kitchen staff was just having a bad day but I would not go there again. They didn't charge for the two inedible meals but that doesn't make up for ruining our dining experience.
