I had show tickets for my birthday and we had dinner afterwards. We were here once and had an AMAZING dinner. Looked forward to the calamari as it was divine the last time. I think the oil used to fry the calamari was a little old as it didn't have the light crispiness like last time, however the broth was delicious! We also ordered mussels. The broth was to die for. We dipped everything into that broth! My husband had the sausage and meatball pizza. The crust is thin and the meat plentiful, so the crust didn't hold up too well but still yummy. I had the chicken linguine alfredo. Pure rich and creamy pleasure! Ordered chocolate gelato for dessert and our server stuck candles in it and it was on the house. Such great and amazing service!

Emeril's Italian Table is located off of the casino area in the Sands Bethlehem hotel in PA. The restaurant has something for everyone. The atmosphere is casual and the wait staff is efficient and friendly. We found Emeril's Italian Table a reasonably priced compliment to our fun weekend at the hotel. Do yourself a favor and order the Brussel Sprouts!

Once again, we loved our delicious food served at the Emeril's Italian Table. The meatballs and angel hair pasta were seasoned well. I could not stop eating my meal even when I felt full. My dining partner had the port chop and it was also delicious. I wanted to eat both meals all by I they were so good. I really appreciate the good service we received from Greta. She was attentive, pleasant, and professional. We look forward to having her as our server again. I am grateful for the Manager Wilfredo who, like last week, took the time to stop at our table to greet us and to check that we were having a good dining experience.

This was our third time here so for us to come back, says something. Food was very good. The veal was fork tender. I thought the wine at $10 a glass was a little overpriced for this restaurant. That said, we will return on our next trip to the Sands.

My family and I were really looking forward to eating at this restaurant for my mother's birthday. I ate here a few weeks ago and enjoyed the food and service, but on this visit, there were several issues that caused our dining experience to be less than enjoyable. First, the server took our food and beverage order, but we never received our beverages until I had to ask the server about them when our food was brought out. Also, we ordered pasta dishes and the alfredo sauce that was on the pasta had no taste to it at all. It is really a shame because I was really excited to come back to this restaurant, but after this dining experience I probably will not come back again.

Went to celebrate my sister's 75th birthday and my wife's birthday month. Odd configuration for restaurant, felt we were in a hallway between main restaurant & the bar. Had a new waiter who was very friendly. Food was good but was disappointed to find that the pasta was not freshly made on site eventhough on the website (copies as quoted) states, "fresh made pastas available in half- and full-sized portions" "hand-made pastas" on both the Bethlehem Sand's website & Open Table website. When asking another waiter if they ever made freshly made pasta, he stated yes, but stopped because it became too costly. This was the number one reason for choosing this restaurant becasue of freshly made pasta. Very disappointing. Will never return.

We were so pleased with our dining experience at the Emeril's Italian Table. My craving for pasta, meatballs, and tomato sauce was satisfied thoroughly. The food was seasoned well. The food was plentiful. We loved the bread and the creamy soft butter. We enjoyed everything! Our waitress Gretchen was an excellent server. She was attentive, pleasant, and efficient. I look forward to our next dinner there.

Had a group of six and service and food were excellent. When I first went there, I had concerns over a Casino located restaurant. This place preforms well on its own. Solid Italian with a broad range of choices. I am particularly impressed by the appetizers and antipasto. Service was attentive, friendly, but not overbearing. My guests loved it. This was visit number 6, but who's counting....

This was everything that an expensive meal shouldn't be. Despite being on their list didn't have first choice beer, white wine or red wine! Service was indifferent. Room was blah. Food was edible with the exception of dessert which, as compared to the menu description, was unrecognizable. Overall experience was so bad that I'm going to take the time to write Emeril and share how this restaurant is diminishing his brand.

If you are expecting the same level of service and ambience as at some of Emeril's other restaurants this one will seem a little average to you. The food was quite good, however the ambience and aesthetic seemed a lot more casual than all of the other restaurants in his brand/chain.

We are frequent patron's of the restaurant. The manager Gregg and the rest of the staff are friendly, welcoming & professional. However, I am very disappointed that you took off the menu my favorite entrée....Linquine & clams. I did find the seafood entrée small for the 26.00 price and should have included pasta with it.

The food at Emerils Italian Table was as described. The eggplant parm was 1 small medallion with pasta and garli which was hard and no flavor. The chicken parm was a breast with a drop of cheese and sauce. Not a cutlet breaded and fried. That pasta also was very hard. The Rapini was bland and mostly stems. Very unhappy with our dinners. Time of evening was 7:30 pm it was not packed so no reason for the food to be so bad!

We are at this fine restaurant every week, sometimes twice a week. Unfortunately this week the entre took the longest time to arrive at the table. Although the food was still great, not thrilled with the wait time. Especially bothersome, because the people next to us were seated 15 minutes after us, and they received their food at the same time we did and their entre was the same as ours.

The piece of birthday cake that we had to be precharged for tasted like it was frozen & thawed before serving it. I would try a different restaurant next time

We very much enjoyed our experience. The only negative I have to say is, even though we had to make a reservation, we did have to wait awhile (1/2) before being seated, along with 4 other groups. They said they were getting the seating areas reading for the 7:00 reservations. We saw alot of clean empty tables.

I ordered Veal Parm. and it tasted like it came out of a chaffing dish. It wasn't hot it was warm The restaurant wasn't busy but our waitress seemed to be more attached to one table in the restaurant. Maybe they were regulars. But she completely forgot about us and we had to ask another server to get her so we could get our drinks.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Emeril's Chop House so we decided to try Emeril's Italian Table last night for our anniversary. Friendly hostess seated us promptly. Nice lighting, comfortable seating (our table and seats were a little crumb covered though). Nice selection of food and beverages. Appetizers and complimentary bread was delicious. Main courses and sides were nice portions. Very tasty but we both felt the dishes were ovIerly salted. Desserts were quite amazing. We left stuffed. I actually didn't eat the last few bites of my cheese cake. Anyway, nice place, nice food (entres just really salty). Left the restaurant, won 200 bucks in slots, went home. Nice evening.

The overall dinner experience was great. It was very frustrating to see numerous open tables from 5:45-7:15 when our reservations were but they could not seat us earlier... When we did finally get seated there were at least 10 open tables. Also, the table that was seated next to us got better service then us (same waitress) because they arrived 10 minutes before their show was supposed to start. They became a priority and we waited and waited. Not to mention no one even came to our table after we were seated for almost 10 minutes. Other then poor service the food and wine was excellent!
