  • "This place stays on the top of my list. We had a group of eight. Sat outside on the patio on a perfect night. The spicy tuna, carbanara flat bread and dates were great! Mian dishes did not disapoint either. Everyone had something different and all were satisfied beyaond their expectations."

  • "A neighborhood gem! Great food and attentive service although the waiter could have been better informed on preparations and ingredients of dishes. He admitted he had not tried all of the menu items. Not a good idea for generating business or making menu suggestions. Portion size was good and prices were reasonable. The entree choices and sides were interesting and included new spins on usual fare. For dessert, the creme brulee was on a plate with Happy Anniversary spelled out in chocolate."

  • "We purchased a Groupon for brunch. The dining room was almost empty, but the patio was busier. We arrived on time for our 11AM reservation. We ordered promptly and received our beverages quickly. Then the wait began.....at 11:45 we were still waiting for our entrees, an omelette and steak and eggs. We asked the server to check on them; he said they were being plated. At 11:55 we received them, only to find the eggs incorrectly prepared. We waited another 15 minutes for my husband's order to be corrected. By the time he received it, I was finished. The manager said she was sorry but there were only two people working in the kitchen and they had so many large parties (2 parties of 6). Portions were smaller than Weight Watchers! Never again"

  • "It was my second visit to embers. I went for the restaurant week and my boyfriend and I did pre-fix dinner. Both of our visits we had Hamachi Sashimi. It was delicious. Then our second course, we had Caesar Salad. Oh my god, I've never had a Caesar Salad tasted so good. It was really light tasting and didn't have the heaviness you would taste from typical Caesar dressing. My third course was Pan Roasted Chicken. I like the crispiness on the skin. Yet inside the chicken was so moist. We finished with Creme Brûlée, and I had a cup of coffee. I have to say their coffee is really good. It has the smooth tasting yet bold. I really enjoyed our last visit as well as our first time :)"

  • "My first time at Embers. Very noisy...the atmosphere was more like a bar than like a restaurant, but we enjoyed the food so much we'll return.I had the Miso Salmon which came on a bed of rice and some asian-type veggies, including edamame and some sweet peppers, I think. It was a good combination of flavors with the salmon. I also had a side Caesar salad (a $5 add-on) and while it was a little heavy on the dressing, I enjoyed the flavor, and the side-salad was big enough to share. My wife had the veggie burger and fries. The fries were a little peppery, and my wife said the veggie burger was the best she ever had (although she was sure it was not a low-calorie veggie burger and that helped make it so good). We'll be back."

  • "Nice bar and ambiance; however, that does not make up for the poor service and 'just okay' food. Soup came before appetizer, soup was cold and bland. Caesar Salad made with iceberg not romaine. Risotto was good, fried chicken burnt in places and thin mashed potatoes. The bread pudding desert was terrific. Server not very knowledgeable and never asked for refills or coffee, etc. Too pricey for what we got."

  • "Went on valentines day and they had a special menu. I would have rather been able to choose from their regular menu but the steak I had was very good, melted in your mouth good. Will go again when I can choose for their full menu"

  • "We had salads, shrimp tempura, tri-tip sliders, truffle and Parmesan fries, mushroom pizza, bread pudding and a chocolate Martini. The martini was good, the sliders were very good. The bread pudding was also very good. The other dishes, not so much. The next night we had a better meal for the same price at Terra Rossa in the Red Rock Resort. The parking is a challenge in both places, but worse at Embers."

I can tell you not to hesitate to order the chilean sea bass. Delicious! Most of the others in our group of eleven ordered the tri tip, that was also very good! This would be my go to restaurant if I lived in Summerlin."

  • "All three of us in our party have diverse tastes in food. We were pleased with every dish that we ordered at The Embers on New Year's Eve. From the moment we arrived, we were treated royally. The food was delicious - from the tempura shrimp to the filet...and then to the bread pudding dessert. While the lighting was a bit darker than the three of us "old folks" prefer, there was enough light provided for us to read the menu and see each other as we dined. Overall, a delightful experience."

  • "This place has FRESH food! It definitely is not that same chain food sent frozen then reheated. It seems the owner is always there and the same staff have been there a while. The bartender seems to love his job and is always good for new cocktail idea. As for the food, Happy Hour is a selection of about 10 items off the menu at a reduced price. The Spicy Tuna is a must! We had the Roasted Chicken, Mushroom Risotto, Steak Salad, Miso Salmon. All were perfect! The spinach salad is one of the best I have had. I think Embers is less expensive than Vintner or Honey Salt with a quality and freshness you don't get a lot of places."

  • "One of the best dining experiences we've had in the Summerlin area. Loved the look and feel of the dining room and the food was superb. Prices are moderate with the most expensive item being the filet at $37.00 (and that's not bad for the quality)! The patio was VERY nice but it was a little too chilly to enjoy (hopefully they add heat lamps soon!). This is definitely a place we will be back to visit and often! If you haven't been to Embers yet - go now before word gets out!"

  • "The food and service were phenomenal. The menu is perfect, as there were just enough dishes to choose from, but not overwhelming like other places menus can be. The prices were a bit higher than we expected, but it was well worth it! We sat outside next to the fountain and it was a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this restaurant and you HAVE to have dessert!!"
