  • "We have eaten at Elliott's several times and it is always good. the last two times that we have gone there, they have been out of the fish that we wished to order by our 7:30 reservation time."

  • "My wife had joined me in Seattle while I was on a business trip for our anniversary. Elliott's was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. The food and service were wonderful and they made our anniversary quite memorable. We started with a dozen oysters, and the chef's selections were fantastic! We also decided to partake in their tower of appetizers, which we would highly recommend. We were able to try a little of the three top appetizers and they beautifully packed up what we could not eat, saving room for our main course, and we had a wonderful snack the next day. The Dungeness crab was steamed to perfection and the halibut was phenomenal. We look forward to a future trip to Seattle and another opportunity to visit Elliott's."

  • "Thought this place was going to be a tourist trap given the location, but we had a great experience. Food was awesome - highly recommend the halibut! The bartenders make some great craft cocktails and the patio is amazing!"

  • "Very busy and loud on a Tuesday night in August -- really best for true oyster lovers as the rest of the menu is standard, not creative. Family atmoshpere. I had the large oyster stew which was tasty but only contained 2 oysters. My son had Alaska fish and chips which was good but available at the same quality for less at other places. Again, unless you appreciate fresh raw oysters -- which they do an excellent job of -- there are better choices for creative fresh food and ambiance in Seattle."

  • "Celebrated my son's 20th birthday and it was memorable. He ordered the crab legs and could not finish the last one. We were all new to oysters and our waiter was very helpful and suggested three types that did not scare us away. Wonderful and beautiful place to spend with friends and family. I'm so happy friends of our visiting Seattle recommended it and a local on my flight up highly recommended Elliott's. How could you go wrong."

  • "My daughter and I spent a girl's weekend in Seattle, which included the Pike's Market experience. Our dinner at Elliott's was the Best! We had reservations and were seated at a great table w/ a view of the water. Neither of us had eaten raw oysters before. (If it's your first time, it's free) Our server brought us each one with a special sorbet, etc. It was a lot of fun and delicious! I'd definitely order them next time. We both had the crab cakes, which were to die for!!!"

  • "Been going to Elliott's for 26 years! Outstanding in all facets of the restaurant business."

  • "The menu had mainly seafood and some gluten free options. It gets really dim inside the restaurant after the sun sets, so if you arrive this late, you may want to have a flashlight option on your phone. The food was reasonably good since most of the ingredients are relatively healthy. Our waitress didn't seem interested in explaining the menu much nor cared to offer any suggestions. We waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive, but they did seem crowded when we got there. The portions for the king crab linguine entree was pretty big but the risotto with shrimp entree was less than a salad appetizers, both meals were priced the same. I highly recommend the Oysters Rockefeller, comes with 5 baked oysters in hollandaise and spinach."

  • "Made an unscheduled business trip to Seattle along with 3 others whom had never been there. Decided to try Elliott ' s at the last minute and treat the other's to a good night out. Elliott ' s accommodated us and the night was a huge success. Back on the east coast now and the other 3 are still talking about the food and the service. Elliott ' s is without equal."

  • "I had never been to this restaurant, my daughter had and wanted to have her birthday lunch there. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the food was as good as she had described, the service was fantastic our waiter was so great. The hostess seated us outside per my request and the weather was so perfect, all in all we had a wonderful time and will be back."

  • "The variety of oysters were very abundant, of which our server was very knowledgeable. My wife had salmon for the first time which she enjoyed. She eats grouper or red snapper regularly. I had the cioppino which had a great tomato broth and a great variety of shell fish. We were expecting a little more ambience versus a more family oriented restaurant. Our reservation was at 7:30pm...next time I would make it closer to 8:00pm."

  • "Had a great lunch here with some relatives from another seafood mecca - Baltimore. They loved Elliot's, and so did I. Great views across the water, and great food. Make reservations, and come early for an outdoor seat."

  • "Outstanding restaurant to host Seattle visitors....especially with fine choices of fish and shell fish...with service (Marcia) that is friendly, attentive and helpful...and with great views of Seattle waterfront...expect a pricey tab..."

  • "I took my friends from out of the country for dinner. It was a real hit. One of my friends loves oysters. Our friendly waitress chose six different kinds of oysters for him. He enjoyed comparing them. They were all delicious. My other friend had clams and mussels. She proclaimed them delicious. I had a heavenly dish of grilled scallops with risotto. The wine list seemed quite adequate. The wait staff couldn't have been friendlier. We were not bothered by gulls during dinner. We surmised that the clam bar nearby, where we had lunch, must attract them away from Elliott's. We had a lovely experience. Thank you!"

  • "the food was wonderful but the service was SO BAD!"
    Dined on 8/6/2014
  • "The last time I went was a little underwhelming compared to previous times; the delicious rosemary rolls have been done away with (actually we were served no bread at all), the service was a little slower, and the portions seemed smaller to me. The salmon was still just out of this world, though."
    Dined on 8/6/2014
  • "We had a dozen oysters on the half shell and the King Crab legs. Mmmmmm.... We made reservations, but still had our choice of eating inside or outside. The evening was warm and beautiful. Each table had a sun umbrella, so we weren't blinded or over heated. It was an impeccable evening of great food and beautiful marine/mountain/city scenery!"

  • "Helpful and knowledgable waiter guided us perfectly through oyster sampler and so fresh and delicious! Crab linguini was excellent but portion was too much."

  • "Elliott's is 1 of the best seafood restaurants in Seattle; a city famed for its high quality seafood. At lunch with a friend the other day, I had the Grilled Sockeye Salmon Caesar salad and it was outstanding. Elliott's also runs great happy hours and is one of the best places to eat oysters anywhere in the area. They have an impressive array of rums behind the bar. The only drawback is that Elliott's has become so popular, especially with the Vancouver set, that prices have risen considerably over the past few years and the place is almost always crowded. You ca forget getting a table for Happy Hour at 3 pm on a Friday in August; that's when the happy hour oysters are $1.00 a piece (I remember when they were $0.50 a piece from 3 - 3:30)."

  • "Food here is good but be prepared to a certain level of noise. I had king crab and it was really good, although there was not much crab but plenty of potatoes, corn, shrimps, mussels and clams."

  • "From the excellent service, to the lovely table next to the water, to the delectable seafood, Elliott's was a wonderful place to enjoy a first anniversary dinner. Highly recommended!"

  • "We waiting 30 minutes past our reservation time, but once we were seated the service and food was excellent. Oysters were awesome! Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday and they made her feel very special. Even brought out warm blankets to put over her shoulders as the night breeze started to pick up. Outside dining is very nice."
    Dined on 7/26/2014
  • "We went to Elliott's because of the outdoor seating right on the water. Their seafood was fresh, our server was friendly, and that meal ended up being one of the highlights of the trip."

  • "We SO enjoyed lunch one day and dinner another here!! The waiters were very knowledgable and prompt, the food was amazing as well as the views. Can't wait to return and eat there again!!"

  • "We wanted a special evening and got it. We arrived earlier than our reservation time, and started at the bar. Loved the atmosphere. Our dinner was super. One of us had the salmon, one the scallops and I had the Dungeness crab. We all loved our food and made a special evening of it. We weren't hurried. We had a nice table with a view and left feeling like this would be a meal we would talk about for a while to come."
    Dined on 7/20/2014
  • "A less than average seafood restaurant. Raw oysters are the highlight with many different varieties that are very fresh. A reasonable wine list with some variety in their wines by the glass. A nice location on an active pier. Mashed potatoes that I am pretty sure were blended with instants. A $54 dungeness crab that was dry and served cold. I'd chhose the Pink Door or a fabulous small plate seafood oriented restaurant the Carpenter and the Walrus."

  • "We had asked for a table near the window but ended up fairly far from it. That happens... table locations can't be guaranteed. Service was decent and very friendly, although water wasn't refilled and bread/butter didn't arrive until we finally asked for it later in the meal. What really surprised us was that there isn't any view, other than the Argosy Cruise ships beside the restaurant, and the prices which were very, very high compared to comparable seafood restaurants in the area. We knew prices would be high but guessed (incorrectly) it was because we were also "renting" a great view. Problem was... there is no view. Valet parking was $8 and very prompt. Nice service at a fair price. Overall, Elliott's is very over priced."
