Elizabeth's Neighborhood TableWhat a wonderful additionWhat a wonderful addition to the restaurants on the UWS. How did they find the great organic wines? The staff is friendly and efficient.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMA lovely neighborhood place.A lovely neighborhood place. Easy going; food is pleasantly unpretentious. Ambience is very pleasant. If you want a spectacular dining experience, this isn't quite it. But if you want really lovely atmosphere, well-prepared, straightforward food, and particularly if it's within walking distance, this is a perfect place.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMA Healthful Diner with Disney VibeLike stepping into Disneyworld right there on the Upper West Side. White picket fence surrounds sidewalk tables at 93rd and Columbus. The lingering winter winds forced us inside to a too-bright dining room scattered with neighborhood diners, mostly en couple. The menu appeals to me because its simple, fresh and mostly-organic. But it is not adventurous or innovative or even 'special.' The food was very appealing to me when served: fresh, clean and yummy. But this is not a place to impress your friends. Its seems to be a reliable joint for locals with an odd ambiance that feels distinctly themed like Disneyworld. For a post-performance dinner after Symphony Space, its one of the better choices within a 4-block radius.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat "Down Home" Cooking!Great down home cooking!Fried chicken is amazing and also the Cod and Chips! Very cool atmosphere not your typical NYC restaurant. Service is always great and wines are very reasonable.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMTerrific neighborhood restaurant.Terrific neighborhood restaurant. The stuffed French toast and the burgers are awesome.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMFood served was cold. SauceFood served was cold. Sauce was thrown over flood very sloppy.3/5/2013 12:00:00 AMHave been here for dinnerHave been here for dinner and brunch. A real surprise--wonderfully fresh comfort food in an unique atmosphere that could be in Anywhere, USA but is on the corner of 93rd and Columbus. Service is pleasant but a bit too eager to clear unfinished plates.1/6/2013 12:00:00 AMGave this place a second chanceGave this place a second chance and glad I did. Good food and warm feel. A great neighborhood find. Love the emphasis on local, free range and organic meals. The turkey meat loaf is tasty!1/1/2013 12:00:00 AM
