At times bit noisy, and sometimes difficult to conduct discussions with your partner. The specials are unique and absolutely seasoned to perfection. This was a surprise romanic dinner for my friend. The wait staff as well as the general manager James, was so catering. Everything they did made my guest feel super special. They worked with me hours before the reservation to make sure everything was set up just the way I wanted it. The food was absolutely delish. I had the Scottish salmon and my friend had the shank. Very easy to talk and the waiter was excellent. Nice choices on the menu and the food was prepared as requested. Nice wine list. There was a good crowd for a Tuesday and imagine it must get really busy on weekends. Service was phenominal as was the food from the appetizers to the desserts. I had the pork belly appetizer and the veal chop for dinner. The others in my group had the rack of lamb, roasted chicken and the black grouper and no one was disappointed. They also had a very good wine list. If it is a nice night, ask to sit on the covered patio. Highly recommended.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AM"Specials" weren't very specialThe flounder that was on special was, in my opinion, prepared in such a way that it was overcooked. I like when I can taste the difference between one fish and another, and that seems to be easier when fish are cooked minimally. When fish is dry by the time it gets to your table, you can't tell the difference between what you ordered and Long John Silver's. The oysters sounded great when described but ended up being fried. In fact, chef had suggestions for my meal when we arrived, which was appreciated!2/5/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of our favorite places.One of our favorite places. I usually give this restaurant all 5 stars. This review is based on sitting out on the patio. (It was a beautiful night in Jan). The heavy iron patio chars were terribly uncomfortable. You can't sit up to the table, so in order to talk, you had to sit away from the back of the chair. My second objection was that they had a party of 10 gals and the noise level was not pleasant at all. This is in comparison to inside, where there is banquet seating, alcoves, and smaller tables with lots of soft sound absorbing decor.
