I'd heard that their steaks were better the Ruth's Chris, and that's just not the case. We also got ribs, and they had great flavor, but didn't seem to be a great cut, as they were pretty fatty. Our drinks were very good, and we enjoyed watching the guys make the liquid nitro martini's. We'll definately go back for another shot, but not sure they'll get a third try if they disappoint a second time.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthday DinnerWe have eaten several times at Elevations celebrating birthdays and graduations for lunch and dinner because we especially enjoy the view of the airport activity. We were seated next to a table of gentlemen who were having a really good time which made it difficult for us to hear one enough without leaning over the table. We requested changing to another table and we were graciously moved. At this particular dinner, the New York strip steak (cooked precisely as ordered) and salmon were enjoyed, as was the brownie sundae. The chicken on the Chicken Bruschetta was a little on the dry side and there was very little mozzarella cheese on it. Our server did a good job. I was disappointed that the menu that was on the website was not the same as they evening I went. They were in the process of changing things around to see what did well, and what did not. I would suggest the reastaurant experiment (with in reason) of allowing the guests order something that can be created, and not necessarily on the menu.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMI love the fun yet relaxedI love the fun yet relaxed atmosphere of Elevation. I have booked this restaurant for a group/special occasion before and their planning service was very easy to work with. Being at the airport gives it a bit of a 'special' atmosphere as you can watch the planes take off and land up close. Often seeing some older "bi-plane" type models. He loved watching the airplanes during the course of dinner (the whole side of the restaurant is windows to veiw the planes) & had crayons & a picture to color.
