We went to elements with a small group to celebrate our wedding the following day. We referenced the special occasion on our reservation and again when we verbally confirmed. Never once did any staff member say a word about it. Service was spotty at best. We sat for over ten minutes before even seeing our server. Throughout the meal he disappeared for large periods of time. We were going to order dessert but he was gone so long we skipped it and went elsewhere. If you are going to spend 100 dollars per person on a meal there must be better choices. Food was very very good.

I selected the Elements restaurant for me and my girlfriend's anniversary dinner. We arrived and were sat right away, no waiting period what so ever. We started with the foie gras sticky bun for an appetizer, very delicious! For our main courses, my girlfriend ordered the hawaiian nairagi, and for me, I ordered the bacon wrapped filet of beef, both of which were delicious. We also order some alcoholic beverages as well, my girlfriend order a light red wine which she loved, and I ordered a mix drink, which was very excellent as well. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we will DEFINITELY be coming back again. Thanks!

This is by far our favorite in Phoenix. Call me Mr Finicky but this place wins the tri-fecta for dining food, service and ambiance. Our server, Denise, was both fun and professional. She recommended the daily special, Georgian scallops, which hit on all the marks - sweet, spicy, creamy and crunchy. Incredible views of Paradise Valley at night tops off an incredible dining experience. Yes, it's a bit pricy but well worth the memories.

The facility was excellent, despite some apparent renovation work in part of the dining area. The view was marvelous, although I did regret arriving after sunset, which I think would have been spectacular. The menu was both broad enough and interesting, with the food excellent in both preparation and presentation. The only issue encountered was the two rather large and loud parties seated near us; however, the restaurant cannot be responsible for the conduct of its clientele, up to a point.

When we placed our reservations, we requested a chef's tasting menu & wine pairing if possible. The hostess called us right back to confirm the reservation, but since they were at full capacity, she couldn't guarantee if they could do a chef's tasting on such short notice. We understood! To our surprise Chef Beau & Chef Russell were able to put together a 4 course menu & we left the wine up to our sommelier. The food & wine was outstanding. Our server Ron & our sommelier (a dapper gentleman from France), were always there to explain the next course, along with the wine chosen. When our dessert came out, to our surprise, Chef Beau stopped by our table to see how everything turned out. The entire restaurant team was awesome! Thank you!!

Since it was our anniversary, we asked for a quiet table with a nice view and the staff delivered!! Gorgeous panoramic view of Paradise Valley, snuggled up next to the head of Camelback mountain, it was fabulous. The food was fantastic as well, the pork chop and the filet were well prepared and most of the dishes have an asian influence (yes, even a pork chop!). This is one of our favorites for special occasions and will continue to be!!

The food and view are spectacular. Half our party proclaimed it to be the best meal they have ever had. We had fois gras and three other appetizers. I only had eyes and mouth for the fous gras - suberb. Our mains were all delicious. My scallops were awesome as were the two fish dishes and the pork chop. The flavors of each dish were unique and outstanding. One drawback was our arrogant, know-it-all waiter who constantly dominated our table and restricted our concersaton time. Apparently his tables are a captive audience and don't you date cut him off cause he will make his displeasure known. Can't believe a restaurant of this caliber allows this behavior.

I never order chicken when dining out because it typically doesn't strike me as "special" - but - the description sounded great, so I tried it and it was amazing! Absolutely delicious and decadent! The next day for brunch we tried a "brunch fried rice" which included spicey, sweet, and savory qualities - totally unique and literally mouth watering!

Seriously. If you're well to do and looking for an expensive restaurant to throw money at while you dress casually, go to a golf club. That being said the staff isn't snooty or pompous, they're very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. This is a VERY nice restaraunt, the sun sets behind Camelback Mountain which can be seen from (nearly?) the entire dining section. Balcony seating can be reserved. We didn't spend much time in the Jade Bar, but it was swanky with live music. Food was incredible. Can't wait to go back.
