Our server had a keen ear and overheard that we were celebrating a birthday and brought a surprise dessert for Rob. A small gesture that went a long way. The food is amazing. You can't pass on their signature homemade guacamole. There are several varieties to pick from and since it is made fresh to order you can even customize your selection. The margaritas were some of the best I have ever had and made using real fruit juices. There is something for everyone when it comes to entrees and several selections were you get to sample mutliple items. I tried the taco tasting platter which had a smaller version of all 5 of their taco varities. All I can say is AMAZING and I would order it again. This is a Mexican restaurant so if you don't really adore that style then don't go here. However if you like Mexican food then you will enjoy this place. The atmosphere is very vibrant it's sort of like a club. The guacamole is amazing and they have so many different styles. The menu doesn't mention it but you can order a sampler which allows you to choose three different styles for one price. You should do this because it gives you the chance to try a variety. You can't go wrong all of them are amazing. The taco sampler is also the way to go this way you find out what you like most. The fried chicken was just divine. The table side guac is absolutely essential -- they are all great, but I had the one with jumbo lump crab last time and it was amazing! Had their mahi mahi fish tacos, great portion, fried nicely but not at all greasy. Also had their grilled shrimp with a crab tamale and omg, the tamale was the best thing I've ever eaten. Got the churro for dessert and basically made my week.
The wait staff were not just quick and efficient, but friendly as well!
