El Toro BlancoJust So Brilliant!I've been wanting to go to El Toro Blanco since it opened and it was well worth the wait! The place was pretty busy, but nothing too crazy. The chef was out of the kitchen and the scene was just so lively. We started off by devouring the queso which they had melted to perfection. The charred octopus tacos were cooked perfectly -- not too squishy and not too rubbery. The flavors all worked really well together. We then shared the carne which just tasted wonderful with the cheese enchilada. We finished off our meal with the not to be missed specials of the evening, the caramelized banana empanadas and strawberry horchata.
