    The last Saturday of every month, El Segundo Sol opens its doors at 10AM for its Cooking Fiesta to teach those wanting to learn a culinary thing or two straight from the man behind its kitchen doors, Executive Chef Terry Lynch. Bringing your appetite is a must as guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the classes how-to signature items for lunch paired with seasonal cocktails & margaritas, too. Cost is $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests are encouraged to call (702) 258-1211 to make a reservation.
