We were coming from New Zealand and wanted something great not average like most " tex Mex" outfits. We weren't disappointed. The restaurant has a cool ambience & we were greeted at the door by the owner who was very welcoming. Top service and excellent food that goes beyond nachos! The wait-staff is very attentive and the ambiance is fun, yet intimate. It's like being in someone's noisy kitchen filled with warmth. The staff welcome you like old friends. The food is fresh and of good quality, with the appropriate seving sizes. We've been patrons for over 30 years, back to the days of Carlos.
