It seems the food quality has gone down, which is disappointing. Very bland and served like it was under a heat lamp a long time; hot plate barely warm food. Have been dining with El Cholo Cafe since its inception in Pasadena. Food was very good. I have once complaint: my to-go order was incorrect. There was no cheese on beans and rice, and one dish ordered was not in the sacks, when I returned home.
