"We had a reservation, but the staff seemed surprised to see us. There was no table ready, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination of anything. We couldn't really find a hostess, and the wait staff seemed to ignore us and look the other way when we tried to get their attention. When seated, we weren't really sure if we had a designated wait staff or not. It seemed random that people would stop by and take a drink order, then two minutes later, someone else would come ask if they could take our drink order. Just general lack of coordination. Food was excellent, bloody Mary's and Mimosa's were definitely not skimpy on the alcohol."

"We had reservations for 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:30 and stood at the hostess desk for 5 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged our presence. Once we were seated, our waitress explained the menu and we ordered. An hour and a half later, we still did not have our food. I complained to the waitress and her response was "I'm just not sure where your food is, I'm sure it's coming." And she walked off. Every other table that arrived after us received their food, ate and left. But every time our waitress walked by and I expressed my frustration she said she "wasn't sure where our food was." A manager NEVER came to our table. We got up and left without ever eating dinner. NO, due to the horrible service, I will NEVER go back!"

"Free valet parking a bonus. Hostess was very thoughtful. Waiter a little nervous, but very informative. I loved my meal as did my husband his. Grateful there were no kids when we we there! We'll return."

"I was pleasantly surprised about the entire dining experience. You can't always stand on what you see online about an establishment but this one didn't fail me at all! The atmosphere was great and the service excellent and the food outstanding. I wasn't disappointed at all and will most certainly be back!"

"My assesment may not be fair because I'm comparing it to when it was Grill 83. The food and service has taken a step down in my opinion. The meal did not flow from course to course. My guest's steak was cold...then they warmed it up (then guess what, it came out over cooked!!!). They should have started over with the steak.
