Our server Maria delivered another superior performance and the staff went out of their way for the smallest details, and there were always extras in between courses that came as a nice surprise. The menu changed a small amount, but we could still order the dishes we previously loved. Cocktails are exceptional - the Money Penny and the Top of the Tower are must tries. This is a perfect venue for any special occassion, though try to reserve in advance, let the staff know, and request a window seat if there are only 2 of you. It was an amazing experience, fantastic staff, great food, and splendid atmosphere. One person in our party is married to a Frenchman and lives half the year in France. She said the food was as good as any she has had in France. Yes, you do pay a premium. Our bill for four was over $500, but it was an experience that we will never forget. The Bellagio fountains exploding into the sky beneath our window table. Got a window table with view on belaggio fountain Play - unbeatable ! FOOD. Even i could not have your wine because i had to drive.the Food was marvelous.Amuse bouche,Roasted Fois gras and seared Sea scallops,Sauted Veal Medaillons and Individual Eiffel Tower Beef Wellington. Pommes croquette and Gratinwe could not take a Dessert because that would be too much.but we took the cocolade pralinee.

I had eggs benedict which is kind of an ordinary dish but they really made it sing. The bread they give you is the best bread I've ever eaten. (They actually refer to the bread as parmesean cheese puffs -- small rolls with peppercorn seeds on top).
For desert we shared the creme brulee -- again the best I've ever had. The restaurant is expensive but you still get an outstanding value because the food is so good.
Jorge was our server. He knew all about our food allergies and dietary limitations before we even sat down, since we used their online reservation system.
