Eiffel TowerBest food in LVThis was the best food that we ever had in Las Vegas, starting with the appetizer through the main course and dessert. Our chocolate souffle was absolutely delicious.
Service was attentive but not hovering. Our waiter was very knowledgable about the menu and the selections.
Very Romantic. No children at dinner.
The view right at sunset was spectacular especially as the lights on the strip came on.

We had the Kale salad and Chilean Sea Bass, yummy fresh breads, and were too for dessert. When they brought the check, they delivered a beautiful white & silver cardboard Eiffel Tower with rose pedals on a white plate. She was in shock, I went down on one knee and asked her to open the box, to find her 1.5 carat white gold diamond ring. I asked if she would marry me and be my future bride and she said "YES"!!! I'm the happiest man on earth today. Thank you Eiffel Tower Restaurant for a very romantic locatin to "pop the question". The food was perfectly prepared and the service was impeccable. The price though high was no worse than many high end dining experiences with much less to offer (IE: Morton’s). I had been told that "you must try the soufflé", and we did, ordering before dinner, however I seemed undercooked and no better than some served at much lessor restaurants. We started with a Caesar salad, which was not as good as the Caesar we had at Olives. The dressing was a little too similar to olive and vinegar. It did have anchovy, but not enough to taste. I ordered the rack of lamb, and it was fabulous, cooked and spiced perfectly. My husband ordered the veal medallions, and was very happy with his choice. We finished the dinner with a chocolate souffle' which was wonderful. The view at our table for 2 overlooking the Bellagio Fountains was perfect. The server, Armani, was attentive, but unobtrusive. And of course, the food was excellent - blue cheese soufflé, prime rib, potatoes au gratin, green beans, dessert soufflé. We went late in the evening so we were able to see the show just as it was getting dark and again and again while it was night and the lights were on. We took the ride to the top of the tower and it was cool to take pictures of the strip from that high. As foie gras is banned in California, it was also quite a treat. For dessert, the pistachio soufflé. I have had this every time I come here, as it is one of the most flavorful, yet light desserts I've ever had the pleasure of devouring.
