The food and service were good, but the noise level was deafening. There were six of us and it was hard to keep up a conversation with anyone other than who was sitting next to you - so we had to keep switching seats to talk to everyone. Bar scene was definitely happening.

Consistently great experience and food. From the appetizer to the desert, you couldn't ask for greater perfection. This is our second trip to Egg and Dart which is a little trip from SW Kendall. Well worth the trip and allows for a nice walk around the Design District to walk off a few calories. By the way, the house wines from Greece are actually quite good.
We go to Greece periodically and visit Mykonos each time. This makes us feel like we can get the taste of Mykonos in between trips.

I went with girl friends before going tothe ballet and it was perfect. We were not rushed and got to the ballet quickly. I highly recommend. The food was wonderful!

This neighborhood gem featured phenomenal food and drinks. The wait staff was energetic and knowledgeable plus we lucked out when we realized ladies drink free all night. A great girl’s night out!

"
The "lamb tips on pureed eggplant" was a really good dish so if you do find yourself at Egg & Dart, definitely order that. The "Greek Salad" beverage was also worth ordering. Everything else was decent but nothing special, unusual or memorable and the 3 of us tried a variety of appetizers and salads. If you love a really loud restaurant with metallic acoustics so you need to yell with your dining companions then this would be a good restaurant choice for you. You could look at the quality of service as either "not rushing the customers" or as "poor and neglectful" depending on your mood.

We had dinner reservations on a Saturday night at 8:15pm. The music in the restaurant was so loud we could not hear each other at the table.The waiter had to shout at us and we ended up communicating via sign language. When we asked (along with multiple other tables) for the music to go from deafening to loud, our request was refused.

Everything we ordered was like a wonderful blast of flavor on the palate. There wasn't one thing we tasted that didn't cause us to say "mmmmm". Great greek food in a wonderfully trendy atmosphere. We did about 6 appetizers between the two of us along with some house white wine, which was actually very good. And the desert, Galaktoboureko, took me back to tastes in my past. It was amazing.
