We sat outdoors and it was lovely. The service was great and the food is spectacular. The specials are truly that -- specials. Best piece of tuna I have ever seen.

Given all the intriguing appetizers the Tasting Platter is our go-to choice. I ordered the Bourbon Tofu. It was charred just right and served over a delicious medley of root vegetables. My husband had the Halibut special which he said was done to perfection. Since we were celebrating we splurged and each has a Five Nut Caramel Torte for dessert. It's a luscious combination of sweet and salty flavors topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. The food, service and ambiance are consistently top rate. Very quiet, romantic place with lots of ambiance. there are no words to describe how amazing the food was And the service was even better. our Waiter was very experienced and had complete knowledge of the food and wine menus, and was able to make great recommendations. Appetizers and food were well prepared and everyone in our party of 5 was thrilled with the taste feast. Personally, I shouldn't have ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops because the bacon is fatty, not crisp and the flavor (even with the bacon pushed aside) overpowered the seafood -- I should have known better. The food was unbeatable. We had the sampler appetizer, the frisée salad, the pancetta chicken pizza, and we had to try the Brussels sprouts side. This was more food than we bargained for, but taking some of the pizza home was ok. The service was impeccable. Our server checked on us frequently even as the restaurant filled up quickly, which was greatly appreciated as we did not want to be late to the evening event. We love that many of their dishes are meant to be split and end up having great portion size. Last time we had a California Reserve Cabernet which came with a free starter, we chose the charcuterie plate, followed by salads and then the clam special. For dessert we had the chocolate Crème brûlée. Definitely not a meal to complain about!
