True elegance of an alpine chateau with terraced levels offering every table an amphitheater view of Lake Tahoe and the Sierras most breathtaking vistas. The contemporary menu marries fresh modern cuisine that embraces the season and region. Mere feet from water’s edge, the dining room’s sweeping wooden archways and vaulted ceilings sets the stage for the spectacle of the flamed sunsets as they paint the skies.

Because of the intimate nature of the Edgewood Restaurant, the maximum party size for indoor dining is 6. We also cannot split tables larger than 6. Multiple reservations made by the same party will not be honored.

My husband came here for our anniversary dinner, we had a view of the lake which was amazing and perfect as the sun went down. The food and staff were very friendly and helpful, my husband had elk, I had filet mignon , both very tender and well seasoned.

What a fabulous place to watch sunset on the lake and enjoy a filling and delicious meal. Plus great wine. Staff are fun and quick to respond to requests. Entrees are Priced appropriately.

Edward our server was excellent! The food was outstanding and unusual. From our appetizers to our main course the service and food was spectacular. The dessert was amazing and very unusual. The cocktails were very unique as well. I can’t imagine a better place to dine in South Lake Tahoe!

We celebrated our best friends 53rd Anniversary last night. Everything was wonderful! Edward, our server, was amazing. He was very personable and attentive despite the fact they were short staffed last night. My husband and I are Tahoe locals and have been to Edgewood several times. We are looking forward to the upcoming changes and will return when they reopen next summer.
