Decided to do the flight of wine to try 3 different wines. The 'Bin 49' Pinot Noir was very good. Really enjoyed the whole experience. The wait staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. The food is tremendous and the service is fantastic. The wine list is wonderful and many of the wines are Edgewild's own label.
We decided to only do appetizers for the entire dinner. The server, Bear, perfectly timed each course so we didn't get everything at once and never felt rushed. Truly there is not enough room to write as much as I want (I tried). I cannot fully describe everything the way I want so you'll have to go try it yourself. Would have appreciated some milder choices that didn't overpower the food. We chose a bottle of the Edgewild-labelled Zinfandel. Very nice wine, aerated at table. We tasted before and after aeration.
I had a garden salad and pasta with vegetables and cheese. I appreciated that the salad was not smothered in cheese as too many restaurants will do. House "red grape vinaigrette" dressing, which was good. The entree was good, not exceptional.
Wife had burger, son had prime-rib sandwich, both with truffle fries.

Moving on...Instead of an entree my husband and I shared five of the appetizer plates. The Santa Fe stack, the seared scallops, the ahi tuna tacos, the crab cakes and the mussesl in broth! We each had our favorites, but none of them were disappointing. My absolute favorites were the mussels and the ahi tuna tacos.
