Diner Reviews
  • "We ordered the bone in tomahawk , as sides the fire roasted quinoa, the smoked mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms, all were done to perfection. The service was excellent and the atmosphere romantic. My wife and I after dinner walked to the outside area for some drinks and a cigar, try the sidecar drink to accompany a cigar, great. Had a lovely evening."

  • "Edge was everything I expected and more. The food was great, service was always attentive, and the ambience was lovely. Definitely coming back in the future!"

  • "Considering the quality of the food, the setting, and you get three courses, the $19 lunch special is a very good deal. Just watch the wine or the bill can really add up."

  • "Eat here regularly always have the Tomahawk cant go wrong! Food is organic and locally sourced. The five star treatment is above and beyond. If you are in Brickell this restaurant is a must! Chef Aron does it again!"

  • "This was our 1st "formal" dinner there, tho we had my birthday brunch there. Our server "Ramases" (sp?) who was friendly and very knowledgable about the menu and dishes. He gave excellent service with good timing. Food was excellent: we had the seafood appetizer, Caesar salad, filet and tomahawk ribeye. Excellent food too."

  • "this our 4th time at Edge and every-time is excellent from the food to the service"

  • "Edge is truly a gem, with remarkable service and amazing, top quality food. It is one of my favorite steakhouses in Miami. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and refined, and the food is fresh, filled with rich flavors."
    Dined on 6/21/2014
  • "Overpriced for quality of food. On this day, the crabs had obviously been preciously frozen weeks before as the meat was very dry. The desserts were surprisingly tasty. The service was attentive. However, would not go back for brunch ($70 + $20 for mimosas). For $100 with tax and tip/person I'd expect more."

  • "table for two on the left away from the window OK. Soup excellent. A/C too strong. Needed a jacket like my neighbours. Fish course very good. A/C much too strong. Enjoyed the food and my company but relieved to escape to warm up. Next time not that table!"

  • "Go to the Four Season if your desire is: Typical, uncreative, basic, boring food with small portions and over priced. Go out of the restaurant and go any direction and you will find quality dinning establishments. Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall.....you can do so much better."
    Dined on 6/9/2014
  • "Eventhough it's the hotel's restaurant. The food was very fresh tasting and very reasonable prices as compared to the beach prices."

  • "The Four Seasons Hotel is lavish and opulent as you would expect. The Edge is a REASONABLY priced restaurant within the Hotel offering high quality meats and fish in a stylish, very comfortable outdoor as well as indoor setting. The bar can be a bit noisy but the outdoor dinning patio is an oasis of tranquility. Dishes come in smaller than steak house sizes but if you like quality over quantity this is your place. Don't get me wrong, you will not leave hungry and you won't leave broke. The side dishes are a treat and also reasonably priced. Enjoy!"

  • "Consistent Food, Decor OK. Service Excellent. Small selections of food. Desserts have to improve. Average food. "

  • "Every time I visit Miami I have brunch at the edge. Everything so great, the wiew, the food, the champagne and the atmosphere. Try all the menu specialities that cooked at the moment for you"

  • "The lechon was fantastic: crispy skin, juicy meat, tasty mojo Everything else was just standard cafeteria food, and long lines to get it: 5ç/lb salads in all possible permutations, oysters that you had to wait for while they were being shucked, overcooked barbeque leftovers, and a list of purpose-made dishes that we didn't get to taste: we ordered one as an appetizer and it didn't come until we were finishing our entrees. All of that plus a couple mimosas and glasses of wine, and voila, $440 for 4. Oh! but the lechon was almost worth the $110..."

  • "This spread at brunch is amazing, but you pay for it ($69). Unlimited mimosas and Bloody Mary's for an additional $20. They were not set up and ready for us at our 11:30 reservation time, but that wasn't a big deal. "

  • "Delicious food. Loved the scallops and slaw. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their entrees. 5 steaks and snapper!! Just wish the server Carlos was a bit more personable. A little too serious for my group of 6 taste. It was my graduation for peats sake. "

  • "Overall ok, somehow did not quite live up to expectations. "

  • "I was blown away with the service starting with the valet on up to host and waiter. The food was great and they even called you by last name. I had the tomahawk bone in ribeye steak and it was great."

  • "My party of 3 had a wonderful time at Edge at the Four Seasons Hotel. First, we took a tour of the herb and fruit garden outside the restaurant which is located on the 7th floor. The wait staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Food was excellent except that my lamb chops, which I had ordered medium, were underdone. Waitress was quick to apologize and to get them cooked a little more. Wine service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return with friends. One comment though. There should be a minimum dress code as we saw a male patron in a t-shirt which was out of place especially for a Saturday night"

  • "We had a small private room. The service was friendly and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Memorable occasion. "

  • "Was a little disappointed with the appetizer and the steak entree that I had. Our server was excellent. She was attentive, but not overly attentive. She checked on whether the food was to our liking and was very professional."

  • "It is a nice place to go once or twice, it has a decent view but the food it good without being out of this world"
    Dined on 5/7/2014
  • "Everything we ordered was delicious. I have been to many nice steak restaurants, and this steak was one of the best ones I have ever eaten. Our server was great too. we loved the look of the restaurant, it was far from the traditional steak house decor."
    Dined on 5/5/2014
  • "Chef Aaron does it again. Great steaks, carpaccios, good mix drinks as well. Their menu isn't extensive but whatever you choose its always a solid dish. Lots of flavor, fresh organic ingredients, and cooked to perfection. One of my favorite spots."

  • "I visit Miami several times a year and this is a mandatory stop. Discovered this restaurant while staying at the Four Seasons several years ago and have been coming back ever since. The food, service and ambiance is very good. I usually get the Tomahawk Rib Eye which is cooked perfectly. They also have a great selection of appetizers and wines to compliment your dinner. Unfortunately, during our last visit to the restaurant, we were charged an unreasonable amount for Valet Parking, which is going to make me think twice about returning. We had never been charged before so I dont know if there has been a change of policy, but it certainly is in detriment of the Restaurant."

  • "Excellent restaurant with great service, and some of the best food I've ever tasted. Outside dining was quiet and nice view. The overall cost was great considering the overall experience. "

  • "Perfect for foodies, well structure menu. My server Jose was a superstar & along side with Daniel the maître D check on us periodically to ensure our satisfactions were met. Food itself was marvelous. Can't wait to go back"

  • "We were guests in town for my boyfriend's birthday. We were assisted by Pedro who was nothing short of fabulosity! He was patient and attentive with us. He gave great reccomendations and was on point all evening! We even got free wine for my bfs bday! The food was top notch! I can't rave enough about this place! If you are in MIAMI you must go!"

  • "Our meal was amazing. Drinks were very good. Wait staff was tentative other than our server. I don't knew I'd it was his first day but we say for 20 minutes before ordering a drink, then dinner was the same. He seemed to wait on others no problem but neglected us. 3larger tables came in before us and left before us and they had apps dinner and dessert. Waited for the Bill for 30 minutes after being done meal and drinks were empty. Noone in sight to wave down but I went to someone else to let them know we were ready to leave. Ibet next time would be better if there was a different server"

  • "While staying at the Four Seasons in Miami we decided to try their restaurant, Edge. Nicely done, quality food, comfortable and attentive service. Only two issues to be aware of is that as the bar is part of the restaurant they play the music a bit too loud which makes it tougher to have conversation and the second issue is it is a hotel and their only restaurant so even though it is a steakhouse there are people staying in the hotel that bring their children and they are wearing shorts. Not a big deal but pointing out for those that want a more formal environment. Steak was very good as were the sides, appetizers and dessert."

  • "I was really looking forward to dinner at Edge. However, it fell short of expectations. Steaks were thin and overcooked , and service was not Four seasons standard. However the outdoor area is very nice and it almost made up for the rest."

  • "A good selection of menu items, drinks and desserts. I had the Butchers Cut Filet which was well prepared. The vegetable of the day was a kale/spinach combination with bacon. Very tasty. The service was very friendly and the ambiance complimented the high end steakhouse feel."

  • "Went for the Sunday Brunch. There was a very good selection of items from the buffet, grill, and cooked to order. Well prepared and visually stunning. The service was exceptional and very friendly. The cost however seemed a little steep, but it was still worth it."
