EDGE Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel DenverAnother great Edge experience! My husband and I had a AAA voucher and used it to celebrate my birthday with a fabulous 3 course meal. The service was superb, and the executive chef even dropped by our table to check on us. The hot stone and beet salad starters were delicious, and my husband's steak and my scallops were perfectly prepared. We both enjoyed our wine selections too. The peanut butter cup and sticky toffee pudding desserts were sublime, and the chocolate lollipops a wonderful touch. We've been to Edge several times, and have loved every visit.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic experienceHad a large group for Mother's Day brunch. Requested a private glass room looking into kitchen. They took care of it. Great service, the chef came in and invited the grandsons to a tour of the kitchen - made it special for them - a highlight of their dinner. food great. a wonderful experience for our family.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst time here with a groupMy wife and I have had both brunch and dinner at EDGE several times, but this was our first visit with others. It was a lot of fun. Everything (salads, steaks, sides, desserts, dessert wines) got shared around the table, and it was all delicious. Not inexpensive, though! Plan on $75-$250 per person, depending mostly on how much and which wine(s) you select.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMQuite possibly my new favoriteQuite possibly my new favorite restaurant! Toby is absolutely phenomenal! We love him soooo much!!!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Steak in DenverThe pecan wood gives the grilled steak the best flavored steak in Denver !!5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMWent for brunch before theWent for brunch before the derby party, would have preferred to choose from menu items rather than a fixed menu! Bottom less bloody Mary's and mimosas were great!!! Thanks5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing as usual. Nice relaxingAmazing as usual. Nice relaxing meal with great atmosphere, wine and food! Not inexpensive but worth every penny. I sampled the Kobe Tenderloin..melt in your mouth good. Highly recommended.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMEdge is a spectacular restaurant.Edge is a spectacular restaurant. We always enjoy dining there and are never disappointed in the food and service. Top of the line!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service here is alwaysThe service here is always exceptional but this time Alan, our server, went above and beyond. We were going to the show and the portioning on my dinner was large. I had thought about getting a box, but didn't want to worry about it at the show. Alan, without ever asking my name, offered to box and refrigerate it until we returned after the show to pick it up. When I picked it up, it was carefully labeled with name, date, and item included. Not that it sat in our refrigerator for any time at all. I had the rest of the pork shank for lunch the next day. It was fantastic, and so is Alan - just another example of Four Seasons service.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food with gluten freeGreat food with gluten free options identified and terrific service. I didn't think it would be quite this good. A pleasant surprise.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went to Edge because weWe went to Edge because we bought the special AAA deal. It was a fabulous deal. The service here is outstanding. The food was wonderful. Thanks to the special deal since it definitely made it more affordable.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was very good.Everything was very good. Service was outstanding. We will be back.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMUsually a first rate experienceWe have dined at Edge several times prior to Theater events. Our experiences in general have been very good. This time there was a problem with preparing one of the offered Prime strip steaks that I ordered.
The steak was markedly overcooked, but when this was noticed the waiter immediately took it back and had another made to the correct temperature. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right for us. My wife's entree was very good and prepared correctly. We finished dinner with time to spare to take a walk before the show started.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is a great place to goThis is a great place to go for meat lovers! Very friendly staff.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went for the steaks, butWe went for the steaks, but the shrimp soup was equally delicious! The service was great, too! We'll definitely eat at the EDGE again.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMBest meal we've had thereBest meal we've had there yet. Really like the menu which seems new since our last visit.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Place and Fabulous Food !Absolutely fantastic experience. I had been there about a month ago , and I was a wee bit disappointed . I decided to give it another try since I really love this spot for brunch . This time everything clicked ! The food was almost perfect , and the service was on point . The only thing that needs some improvement is the wine list . It is not up to par for what you would expect at a place like The Four Seasons, so guys give that a little work !!!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Edge is a restively newThe Edge is a restively new restaurant in the new Four Seasons Hotel. My girlfriend I were there for the Easter Sunday $55 brunch special. The Edge did not disappoint. Our meals were a sumptuous three course affair with enough choices so thatWe did not find the menu restrictive. The dessert bar was out of this world!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways great! The service was exceptional. Food was great. Hot stone tuna appetizer was wonderful. Ambiance is very nice. We've been here 3 times and will go back.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMGood dinner/ Fantastic dessert!Great food, great service, fantastic desserts! A very attentive staff that made an effort to be sure our dining experience was wonderful. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. The salmon was great. The desserts (carrot cake filled with warm white chocolate) and peanut butter mousse topped with a chocolate ganache made the whole experience memorable.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAnother excellent dining experienceEDGE always provides well-prepared food and provides great service when they aren't crowded. We experienced appropriate attentiveness and sincerity from the team of servers, resulting in an excellent dining experience. Only the inconsistency in such service (such as sometimes evidenced in front-of-house hosting or when the restaurant is busy) keeps this from being a true favorite.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMBeef Tenderloin was almostBeef Tenderloin was almost melt in your mouth delicious and the roasted beet salad was also wonderful.3/6/2013 12:00:00 AMTake a jump over the EDGEThis place is awesome from the time you exit you car. Live music in the lounge that is buzzing with beautiful people. The waitstaff is awesome -- friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I began with the Foie Gras P&J which was delightfully amazing. The only thing that could top this in my opinion was the Pecan Wood Grilled Scallops with Brown Almond Butter and Brussel Spouts.
What an relaxing evening.12/13/2012 12:00:00 AMStaff went over and aboveStaff went over and above to make our visit special. We had gone a little out of our way to eat there based on what we had read and heard. Worth the trip.11/21/2012 12:00:00 AMCan't wait to go back!Everything was outstanding. Tried Edge for the 1st time during 5280 & my meal was incredible tasting & cooked to perfection. I had the crab corn & sweet potato bisque & it tasted fantastic. Very memorable. 2nd I had the sirloin which was more tender and juicy than a filet mignon. It was prepared to the perfect medium rare temperature & had a great smoky wood flavor. My sides were amazing, especially the parsnip puree & Brussels sprouts. The mac n cheese side was just ok. My husband had a delicious meal minus the carpaccio appetizer which was swimming in garlic sauce. He is a chef and loves garlic but this dish was beyond overbearing. Otherwise everything from the delicious recommended wines to the light delicate desserts was perfect!1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
