Did the 4-course, chef's choice dinner and we would stronglyl recommend that for REAL foodies and adventurous diners. Wait staff described each dish in detail, helped with wine selection (brought choices for tasting). The courses were served with adequate time between servings (they were busy and apologized for long waits, which was truly not necessary, as it provided wonderful conversation times, etc.) Go here with true food lovers. Don't waste time/money on fast food addicts!!!"

  • "Recently dined here on a girls' night out. The cocktails were awesome - most notably the elderflower margarita and the cosmo. The food was also wonderful, we ordered one of each of the appetizers, shared them around the table and we loved each of them! I had the pork entrée, and it was amazing and very tender! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!"

  • "Edge is one of our favorite restaurants. The menu changes frequently and is farm-to-table fresh as well as innovative. Our meals have always been excellent. The waitstaff is friendly and professional, very attentive. I cannot speak to the wine, as we bringmour own, but I have seen names of wines I have in my cellar. We recently had ahi tuna, salmon, pork chop, and halibut. All were excellent and done to perfection."

When we entered we were seated promptly. We enjoyed the decor and were promptly served by Heather. Our meals, scallops and grouper, were excellent. We were not rushed and enjoyed the experience. On our next visit we plan to sit at the bar that faces the chef's area and enjoy the experience of watching them prepare our food"

While we didn't have the appetite to completely take advantage of the 4 course summer menu, we ordered a variety and really enjoyed our meal. I had the ribeye - best steak I have ever had in 14 years in the Peoria area! The balsamic vinegar served with the steak reminded me of our 10th anniversary trip to Italy - yum! Will definitely return again!"

Overall, we were pleased. I'm sure having the TV reporters there was a one time event, but they were noisy and intrusive. We will return."

All fresh and local ingredients and definitely some of the best dishes I have ever had. It was all excellent, but I was especially delighted by the sweet pea soup with radish pickle and the pork main course. This was the best pork I have ever eaten, it was like a fine beef cut, expertly prepared. You must try this restaurant!"

  • "Food was outstanding but the portions were off. I ordered the shrimp and grits. The flavor was there but there were only 4 shrimp on the plate. 2 others ordered the grouper. The piece of fish was maybe 4 or 5 oz, plated with just a few tiny sprigs of asparagus. The 4th person in our group ordered the pork chop which was out of this world amazing! and the portion was right on! 3 of 4 of us left hungry :( I felt the atmosphere is off for the type of restaurant this is supposed to be. The prices and service indicate a fine dining restaurant, however it was loud and I didn't like the bar right next to the dining tables. It was like the people sitting on the bar stools were hovering over us. "

  • "The venue is not much to look at, but the food was rather good. I had the duck and my wife had the Cajun shrimp which were both very good. We started with the mushroom baguette, which was also good. To accompany our meal we each had a drink, I chose beer and my wife a margarita. Normally in Peoria I would expect this meal to cost $60-$70, but this meal came with a $90 bill. This was boosted by a $7 bottle of Stone IPA, which can be purchased in the store for $1. A 700% markup is stiff, even by restaurant standards. The price was over the top, and the staff and ambiance were underwhelming. If the price were more in line I would consider returning, but at the current rate they have lost my future business."

  • "We dined with friends at Edge for Valentine's Day. The restaurant had a four course special which you could choose with paired wines (4 oz. glass for each selection) or alone. Two of us chose paired courses while the other couple chose a bottle of wine for their meals. All of us remarked the food was outstanding. We did have to wait for the initial appetizer a bit long due to the restaurant being totally filled but it was worth the wait and the following selections were served quite timely. Despite a full restaurant the tables are spread apart such that the noise level was moderate and we easily held conversations within our group. I highly recommend the experience."
