Edgar’s Grille, a New American restaurant at the corner of Washington Road and Fury"s Ferry, features a wide selection of appetizers, including Brick oven pizzas, as well as delicious entrees of steak, rack of lamb, fresh pastas, and low-country favorites such as fried green tomatoes and prok chops… with apple compote.
Master Chef Marcel Biro and Chef de Cuisine Justin Hayes, a dynamic culinary duo, are introducing fresh, local cuisine with a taste of the low country. Edgars is proud to feature produce, proteins and dairy provided by vendors throughout the region, including organically grown produce from East Georgia, Shady Creek Farms, Spotted Trotter and Heritage Farms.
