I took my mother for Mother's Day and she had a great time. The round table benches were strange in that ithey were bifurcated by openings for the server, making it a little difficult to converse across to the other bench. We adjourned to the lounge for after dinner drinks, dessert and entertainment and were delighted with all three (we had chocolate mousse cake and creme brulees -- YUMMMM, and the jazz trio was really, really good). It was less attentive than usual.

I noted on the reservation through OpenTable that it was my husband's birthday. Once seated, the server - I believe his name was Darren - greeted us and wished my husband a happy birthday. The General Manager then came by, introduced himself and wished my husband a happy birthday as well. Food was fantastic! Service was absolutely outstanding! I think our only criticism is people are constantly coming and asking if everything is OK and it can be quite irritating when you are in midstream conversation. Personally, once the food has come and after the initial visit to see if it is OK I think that would be sufficient. There are plenty of waiter staff around if one needs anything at all you can catch their attention. The food was excellent quality and overall well prepared. One person in our party felt his steak was a little over cooked, but he ate it.
