I often go on Monday's 'ALL YOU CAN EAT" or just to hang out and have a drink along with my favorite menu items. I went with a group - we had family in town - and everyone was quite pleased with the experience. The mojitos were amazing, and we really enjoyed the food. We had about 12 tapas, the paella, and 2 desserts. Everything was good. I particularly loved the perfectly-seared scallops and the goat-cheese-stuffed piquillo peppers. After the meal, I couldn't believe I waited so long to come here. We'll definitely be back.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMI've been here a few times,I've been here a few times, but this time was the best yet! There was a pasta special with rotini and a creamy sauce that was to DIE for! The regular items certainly didn't disappoint either.
What really made this evening special was the service. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. After we got the check and paid, I mentioned to our server, Sergio, that it was his birthday (better late than never, right?) and he immediately ran to the back. A few minutes later he brought out a decadent chocolate and caramel masterpiece. A big thank you to Sergio; you surpassed my expectations and made me love Eclipse de Luna even more. We will be back again!4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMToo close to DJ to enjoyI organized a mom's night out at Eclipse di Luna and was looking forward to good food, drinks, and catching up with a group from my daughter's school. All was well with the service and food. The restaurant was busy but we were able to chat with each other. This was until the DJ started playing. Our table was the closest to his area and the speakers. We were yelling at each other for most of our time and there were numerous times we could see each other's lips moving but couldn't understand the conversation. My words of advice to Eclipse di Luna...when confirming a reservation you should ask the patron what their occasion is. She was very aware of when we were supposed to get what, and she made sure that was happening. She got our drinks when we needed them, and the food was exceptional. It has great outdoor seating, which was too cold to enjoy. but the tangerine margarita was lovely, the tapas were fresh and very tasty and the music was thoroughly enjoyable. The only inconvenience was that the enclosed porch area adjacent to us was very cold so we stayed in coats during dinner.
