We ended up with two pizzas on the t;able - the white pizza (5 stars) and the sausage pizza (3 stars). Their crust is probably my favorite crust of all the neapolitan-style pizzas I've tried. Chewy, but not charred at the edges and not too soggy in the middle. This combination seems remarkably difficult to achieve, and I love that Ecco has it down! Dining on the patio was really nice and peaceful- much more romantic than the hustle of the open bar/restaurant area. I always find it difficult to choose what to order because so many things are delicious. The wood-roasted artichoke is amazing! The Diablo pizza is VERY spicy! When my husband and I go with another couple, we typically order two salads and two pizzas and mix-n-match (share) family style! Great restaurant. The service is prompt and friendly and the wait staff are fun and energetic. Only issue was that we were 20 minutes early and they said they had no tables available to accomodate us, howewever, upon our return 20 minutes later, we noticed we were sat at at table that was empty upon our earlier arrival. The area is landscaped with water preserving plants and vintage trailers dot the area and provide that ambiance of camping. Ecco, which features wood fired pizzas, had a great menu. I enjoyed an Osso Buco and my companion had a great salad.
