The food was fantastic and our server, though quite young, was delightful. His eagerness to do a good job overshadowed his inexperience. We rarely order desserts but he encouraged us to order the Sticky Toffee Pudding And the bourbon bread pudding. Went for our anniversary as a break from Atlanta, and I have to say it was a better experience than many nice restaurants there. Super courteous and knowledgeable staff, extensive wine list, and best mixed drink list I have ever seen.
Taylor, our waiter, was extremely knowledgeable and quick. The food (too extensive to list here) was ridiculously good ... Oysters, house made olives, ramp risotto, brisket ... Amazing.
All in all worth every penny. Apparently a chef-owned place, whatever he's doing it is right. Easy Bistro was fantastic! Everything was beautifully prepared. We greatly enjoyed the dungeness crab appetizer & both the Easy and the Caesar Salads were fresh & lovely. My husband was very happy with his beef brisket. The waitress highly recommended the Halibut, but when asked about the Chicken Grand Mere...she gave excellent advice and said that if we lived locally she would stick with the Halibut, since they don't always have, but since it was our first time here, the Grand Mere was a great thing to try. She was spot on. We had driven all day and the Chicken Grand Mere was a heavenly dish of comfort.

The building was originally a Coca Cola bottling plant so it has character and an eclectic feel. The service is very capable and knowledgable about the menu and the wine list. The food is well prepared and presented. We tried several appetizers, a soup and some entrees. All were excellent and everyone commented on the quality.
