Chattanooga meets Old World comfort food. Easy offers the best of French Bistro dining: delicious yet affordable, stylish yet friendly. No fussy meals here, just perfectly prepared steaks, fresh seafood, roast chicken, authentic Raw Bar oysters and crab legs, and more. All served in the dramatic urban interior of a century-old building that was the world's first Coca-Cola bottling plant. Liquors infused with unique flavors by our bar staff are used to create one of a kind cocktails. The wine list highlights reds and whites that showcase both traditional quality and new taste trends. The private dining room is perfect for business or social events. One block from the Tennessee Aquarium, Easy Bistro & Bar is Chattanooga's perfect night out downtown. Diner Reviews
  • "Fun trendy décor, excellent service - thanks to the awesome bartenders for their knowledge of both drinks and food and their great conversation. Awesome food - did not expect fava beans, strawberries, mushrooms and perfectly cooked duck to combine into such a great dish but they did. WOW. Can't wait to come back and try the trout which is next on my list. The macaroons for dessert were wonderfully balanced in unexpected flavors and were perfectly enhanced by the after dinner espresso."

  • "From the hostess meeting us at the door to the server's knowledgable, fun interaction, our experienve was first class. Imaginative cocktails, memorable appetizers, and a fine entree plated beautifully. Outstanding dining experience."

  • "Our first dinner here and it was a good one! The Vidalia onion and pear soup was very delectable even though it sounded like a strange combination. Main courses were just the right portion size. Nice wine list. Only complaint (which was swiftly dealt with by our very accomplished server) was that my husband was served a glass of FLAT sparkling wine. Come on, bartender!! If it doesn't bubble please do not serve it!!"

  • "The food at Easy Bistro is both delicious and beautiful. The menu includes both new and creative dishes with traditional favorites. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the food. We had a lovely meal from start to finish."

  • "Great food and atmosphere... High ceilings make for echoed conversation... Probably too energetic for a first date atmosphere where conversations go get to know you topics are needed... Just a little loud for that unless you dine outside on the patio which is great for people watching... Dress it down or up depending on occasion."

  • "I WANT to love this restaraunt. I have been at least 6 separate occasions and have tried different entrees. It's a pretty restaraunt. It's chic for Chattanooga. The drinks are really, really good. The menu is interesting. The staff is perfect. It's a great place to dress up and have a date night. The problem is the food is SO Salty. Every meal I have had has been over salted. EVERY meal- and I like salt. I mean, bacon is my friend but the food here is just too salty. I will probably be back but will enjoy cocktails or wine and forgo the spike in blood pressure as much as I want to have a meal."

  • "The staff couldn't have been better but the food was mediocre at best. My friend and I were both unhappy with our meals."

  • "Very good food, especially seafood if somewhat over salty. A waiter somewhat overwhelmed by having to open s bottle of wine. In all, very good food, pleasant place. Have found nothing better in 'Nooga."

  • "We had another great brunch here on Saturday. Gorgeous weather and patio seating, combined with great service and spectacular lobster roll, made for a perfect start to our weekend. We live here, and this is among our top 3 high-end dining choices."

  • "We always look for fine dining whenever we travel. Our meal at Easy Bistro did not disappoint. Our server was friendly and engaging. The restaurant was polished and upscale. The noise level was a bit loud. This was our first dining experience in Chattanooga and we definitely chose well by picking Easy Bistro. The food was truly outstanding."

  • "The Easy Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants in Chattanooga. The service is excellent and free valet parking makes arriving very easy , as you arrive at the door."

  • "The food is excellent, service is very good, but for these prices be sure you get a real table, not one of the baby round bistro ones. It was also a bit of a downer that they called my cell phone fifteen minutes after we were seated to ask if we were still going to show up for our reservation. Overall a fun place."

  • "My first time there and I was very impressed especially with the services there. Everyone from the Hostess to our server which she did an excellent job with taking care of us that night and the food was amazing, very fresh and tasteful."

  • "Chattanooga has plenty of great restaurants to pick from. Easy Bistro's food was great and their staff really impressed me. It is pretty expensive, but worth it if you appreciate a high level experience and/or have a special occasion to celebrate."

  • "This restaurant never disappoints. We went for my mother's birthday and were very pleased. We will continue to go here for a guaranteed great meal and environment. Bravo!"

  • "The brisket was amazing!!! They really think of everything. Spent our Valentine's Day dinner at Easy Bistro. We were given a free small taste of a beer, a free oyster (also amazing) and even a free delicious cookie for free at the end of our meal. We both highly recommend Easy Bistro if you are in Chattanooga!"

  • "My wife and I frequent Easy quite often and think it is the finest foodie establishment in town. The service is always outstanding even when we don't get our dear friend John as our server. The cocktails are always unique and delightful and I really can't say anything bad about the food. The only criticism I can make is once my meal is over and I order dessert the product is excellent but the portion sizes are WAY TO LARGE. Mind you that is hardly anything to complain about but even between the 2 of us we are generally unable to finish a single order."

  • "My girlfriend was in town for her birthday. I had not eaten at Easy Bistro before, but based on very good reviews we made a reservation. There was valet service on arrival and we were taken immediately to our table. Todd was friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. The food was excellent. It was busy but quiet enough that we were able to hold a conversation (this doesn't happen at many places.) Overall it was a very special night."

  • "A friend recommended this place so I made reservations for a Friday night when we were visiting Chattanooga. This place is very hip and once inside feels like a cool place in a big city like NYC. Definitely come early to sit at the bar and chat with the mixologists. The cocktail menu is impressive so you may want to read it ahead of time to get an idea of what you like. We were seated at a great table by the window for dinner and the food was fantastic. I cannot wait to go back!"

  • "I chose Easy Bistro for a date night with the hubby. I love oysters so Easy is always going to make my list of Chattanooga restaurants to visit. Easy also has one of the best cocktail menus in town. Ask for the expanded cocktail menu and try the Dixie Smash! We had the always delicious chargrilled oysters and shared the beef brisket. The kitchen will split the meal, which I appreciate. The brisket was very good and I would order again. The thing I like best about Easy is their attention to customer service details...they open the door for you on the way in, the server takes care of having the car brought around at the end of our meal. Those are lovely touches I feel most restaurants overlook. Overall, a great night out!"

  • "Give yourself time for one of the specialty cocktails! They infuse their vodka & gin, use fresh juice & muddle fresh ingredients. The cocktails are little works of art and it shows in the taste. I went there with a group of six, all of us ordering different specialty drinks and none of us disappointed. Our food was equally fresh and delicious. Our bartender & our server were completely knowledgable about the offerings, made wonderful suggestions and did not rush us. Bonus; atleast through the winter months & maybe beyond, they offer complimentary valet parking. A great experience!"

  • "I've eaten out at multiple places in Chattanooga and Easy Bistro was the best overall experience yet: best food, best wine list, best service. The noise level was high but we managed to make ourselves heard across the large table at which we were seated."

  • "Still thinking about the meal I had at Easy Bistro last night. I truly believe this is one of the great restaurants in the country. Perfectly timed service should be a given, but it's shockingly rare these days. There is a trend to make haute cuisine "approachable" which tends to make waiters flippant and shallow. Easy Bistro & Bar staff take their food very seriously. Our waiter got visibly excited as he talked about ingredients, preparations and pairings with me (and as he brought us little taste combinations for us from the kitchen!) As I told my boyfriend, a dinner like last night is pure inspiration! Thanks!"

  • "Very nice restaurant I read reviews before I went. Celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. Great food, great service, my only complaints are, we had reservations, and we would have liked a more private table. Don't get me wrong it was nice, but one of the tables in the corner or toward the back with a table cloth would have seemed more "formal" for our celebration. The noise level was a little loud because of the open windows between it and Mellow Mushroom, the noise was coming from MM. I would definitely go again, but request a private table. Great wine! I just wish they had more by the glass options. Would recommend!"

  • "Chattanooga has a lot of choices when it comes to fun dining and unique menus. Easy bistro delivers on ambiance and service but the food itself comes up short to the surroundings and prices. The cocktail list is unique and extensive so make sure to order one or two. The menu also changes daily so perhaps another time would have produced better food results."

  • "Chef Erik Neil is truly a unique treasure for Chattanooga. His coastal fare mixed with a desire to use local ingredients gives his dishes a fresh flavor. We honestly have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Chef Neil could easily rest on the staples he has created and become known for. However, he is constantly innovating coastal cuisine. Do yourself a favor and eat here now!"

  • "Rather than eat at the same old chains, my family thought it was important to dine at a local establishment during our trip to Chattanooga and Easy Bistro definitely delivered. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate, rabbit, pot roast, duck confit and orecchiette pasta. All were very well prepared and flavorful. The mains all had proteins that needed to be cooked slowly to ensure tenderness and all if us declared our meats incredibly tender. Service was fantastic, with waiter and non-alcoholic drinks kept full throughout our meal."

  • "Wonderful spot in downtown Chattanooga in an old Coca-Cola bottling plant. Lots of character. Staff was cheerful and efficient. Food was upscale but also accessible and affordable. Will be back again."

  • "From arrival to departure, this continues to offer a consistently great experience. The only disappointment with this one time is that we were placed at a small cocktail size patio table and plastic wicker chairs that were brought in from their outside patio. There were regular tables for 2 open, but the host would not take us to one even though we asked. The other tables for 2 remained open throughout our brunch/lunch. Our server was attentive and our food (eggs benedict; chicken sandwich) was excellent."

  • "Our brunch was wonderful. The bakery assortment was a lovely start to the meal with a cinnamon roll, croissant, and other pastries all warm and toasty. Everyone loved their entrees. I had the steak and egg which was a filet mignon with poached egg over potato hash and wilted greens. Amazing! The Eggs Norwegian and Eggs Jonathan were also quite tasty. The menu offered a good selection of lunch items. Easy Bistro has a great bar menu with creative cocktails categorized by liquor type, a good beer selection including local brews, and an extensive wine list. And the desserts are fabulous. Our favorite are the profiteroles. They are yummy cream puffs filled with locally made vanilla ice cream then topped with warm chocolate sauce at your table."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner on New Years Eve. It's a great combination of fine dining, but not too formal of an environment. Incredible food, great service, we'll be back!"

  • "Doesn't Chattanooga like to brunch? We are from Baltimore, and in our town, this place would be a crazy mob scene on a weekend. The food was unbelievably good; all 4 diners at our table were more than happy with the food and drinks served! The service was friendly as well. All this in a beautiful, stylish setting. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town."

  • "We had a table of 10 and an evening of fun. Everyone raved about the food and the good wine selections. You won't be disappointed. It's also worth mentioning that Easy has the best brunch in Chattanooga."

  • "My husband and I tried Easy Bistro for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The service was extremely generous and the cocktails are AMAZING. Their in-house recipes with herb infused gins and vodkas are worth the trip alone. The chef surprised us with a "bite" of just plain heaven ( I can't remember exactly what was in it but lets just say say I licked the spoon clean), which I'm assuming was because of our anniversary. Our entrees were wonderful. His brisket was melt in your mouth tender and my steak was cooked perfectly. You have to try the whipped potatoes! We finished our meal with a chocolate financier with an orange creme anglaise and lingonberry bubbles-to die for!! Thank you Garden and Gun for the recommendation!"
