"food was ok but not great. One of my two pork chops was very fattty and not eatable.
My friend's sword fish was too salty and we both had matzah ball soup that was very bland. Dessert and cornbread and sweet potato spread were fine. Garden is very pretty and the service was good."

"I had a salad which was only fair -not very tasty; the bread and cheese (I think!) topping that came with the salad wasn't good. My date had onion soup -the cheezy topping of which I tried -was OK. I didnt really try the soup part. A bit noisy but that depends on who's around you. Tables were far enough apart."

"They had some creative cocktails on the menu which were fun, and the food was generously portioned. The onlything was that the "outdoor" space was very indoors. It's probably time for an update."

"We had a very nice dinner. Although one of us had been there before the other had not, had seen the place, and always wanted to stop in. Neither of us was disappointed. The music from downstairs made its way up from time to time but was generally not noticed. The service was good but our waiter switched mid-meal without notice. It would be great if there were more vegetarian options and more healthy alternatives. We strongly recommend the place and will definitely go back."

"Not a good experience at this restaurant. I just moved to the neighborhood, so I wanted to try it, but I was very disappointed. The restaurant's website says it's open till midnight, and I made a 10:30pm reservation for two. When we walked in, on time, I was told the kitchen was closed. When I pointed out I had a reservation, which I could actually see on the hostess' computer, I was given attitude and rather rudely shown to a table in their empty upstairs section. The hostess said the hours listed on the website were outdated. The experience didn't get much better. Very mediocre food. My pasta was very salty and had way too much sauce. The waitress, although nice, screwed up my friend's order. Tacky decor and depressing ambiance. Avoid."

"We had dinner here on our anniversary, which I noted on the reservation, so when we arrived we were given a wonderful table next to the window with balloons tied to it. The lamb chop appetizer was delicious. My husband had the fried chicken and I had seared ahi and both were very good. My only complaint was that there were some slices of the tuna that were against the grain, which made them chewy. The service was perfect. All staff was attentive and never left us needing anything nor did they annoy. We were able to have a quiet, romantic and special evening while watching the people go by from the 2nd story window."
