East Hampton PointEH Point is back!Last year East Hampton Point was a disappointment, but I have to say this year they are up and running better than ever before. The masterful chef, James Carpenter (most recently from the Maidstone), has brought an elegant, light-handed touch to the new menu.
They may be a bit understaffed on the floor as of yet, but each time I have been there they were nonetheleass attentive and lovely. No attitude here.
I can't wait for them to open for lunch because, really, what feels more like summer than sitting on the deck, looking out at Three Mile Harbor, enjoying a leisurely fabulous lunch with a glass of wine?
It seems the Phoenix has risen from the ashes once again, only now it is a pretty restaurant on the water with GREAT food.6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Food & AmbienceLove the new chef, he's amazing. There are some really simple but unique things on the menu... EVERYTHING is delish.6/5/2013 12:00:00 AM
